ParticipantHey Iordanis,
Thanks for using our plugins!
Since you seem to already be a current user of our free or premium plugins, I recommend reaching out to our support on the Events Calendar PRO premium forum or WordPress.org forum. In those forums, we have the capacity to provide more technical support. This Pre-Sales forum is reserved specifically for questions about the features of our plugins for users who are making decisions about which, if any, to purchase.
Let me know if I can clarify any of this!
Best,
Shelby 🙂

GuestThanks Shelby!
I tried to create account to WordPress.org forum but I get the message: “Please try again”.
Moreover, the Events Calendar PRO premium forum does not have a link to create an account. Or I just didn’t find it.Perhaps I am doing something wrong on both forums. Could you pls help me?

ParticipantHi Again Iordanis,
Ok, a few questions here:
- Are you using The Events Calendar (free plugin) or Events Calendar PRO?
- Did you try registering on WordPress.org here?
In the meantime, please ensure that you’ve troubleshooted your Google Maps settings according to this guide, and that you’ve configured the API according to this doc.
Let me know, and I’ll be able to point you in the right direction to move forward!
Best,
Shelby 🙂

GuestHi Shelby!
I am answering to your questions:
1. I am using the free plugin of The Events Calendar.
2. Yes I tried at that link to create an account. Also, I visited your 2 links and got the API key, put it under Events/Settings/APIs, but the problem still exists.
Pls see the google map at the following link:
Thanks a lot for your help, I really appreciate it.

ParticipantHey Iordanis,
Thanks for answering my questions, that’s super helpful! 🙂
These kinds of questions really need to be posted in or .org forum. I’d HIGHLY recommend trying to figure out what’s going on with the account creation issues there. However, since that process may take a bit of time, while you work through that, I can tell you that I’m unable to replicate this issue using the default theme, Twenty-Seventeen.
Since the Google Map works with Twenty-Seventeen, this seems to be a theme or plugin conflict. You can work through this documentation to test for conflicts. And ultimately, I’d suggest reaching out to your theme developer for support with this issue, as we, unfortunately, can’t support theme conflicts on this or any forum.
Best of luck with your project! Let us know should you have any questions in the future!
Best,
Shelby 🙂

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
