    Hi Sarah,

Happy to help you out with this!

For this case, I would recommend using the “Global Stock” feature to limit ticket stock to 20, then creating 10 Women’s tickets at $20, and 10 Men’s tickets at $20. Then create a coupon code with WooCommerce for your VIP members that creates a $20 cart discount. Instruct them to use the code when they check out, and that will allow you to create a dating event that limits admission to 20 – 10 Men, 10 Women, with some of each being VIP and paid. 🙂

Let me know if I can clarify any of this!

    Cheers,

    Shelby 🙂

    Hi Michael,

I’m happy to help you out! Thank for using our plugins for your site. 🙂

So I’ve taken a look at your site’s ticketed events in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and the option to purchase more tickets is working on my end. However, it’s not a drop down option, but an up and down arrow inside of the ticket count box, so I think perhaps I misunderstood you? Would you mind sending over a screenshot so I can take a look and make sure I’m troubleshooting the correct thing for you?

Let me know if you have any questions about doing this!

    Best,

    Shelby 🙂

    Hey @faithrxd,

Thanks so much for clarifying. Just to be certain, here are the final user stories/explanations for the various feature requests you had. Once you confirm these are correct, I’ll add them to our feature suggestion system and send you the links to vote on them! 🙂

Pre-screen/approval list management for when only a few tickets left

As an event manager, I would like to approve attendees when the ticket
count is low so that I can award a ticket to the attendee with the greatest
    case to attend.

Use case: For instance, our events can be used as a prerequisite to
start a chapter. If the \”interested in starting a chapter\” box is checked
in registration for one registrant but not the other, I would prioritize
    the one who checked it.

    Hide ticket type after expired

As an event host/manager, I would like discounted ticket options to disappear after the sale period is over, so that users don’t decide not to register because they missed the discounted tickets.

Use case: For early registration discount ticket types, we want them to disappear
after they have expired so people don’t get frustrated and decide not to
register for an event just because they missed the discount deadline.

    Registration time out

As a site owner, I’d like ticket registration to have a time limit so that users aren’t able to tie up tickets in a lengthy checkout process.

    Customized confirmation email

As an event manager, I  want to be able to customize the confirmation email my attendees receive, so that I can provide more event-specific information.

Please confirm that these are accurate, and I’ll get them posted! 🙂

    Cheers,

    Shelby 🙂

    Hey again Michael,

    Thanks for clarifying.:)

This kind of request is not a built-in option, and would require some plugin or theme customization. We have some resources for doing that here. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Hi Karen,

I’m a bit confused here, since Ryan started the thread. Is it possible that you accidentally posted in the wrong place? If not, please let me know what you’re referencing since Ryan has yet to respond on this thread.

    Hey Iordanis,

Thanks for answering my questions, that’s super helpful! 🙂

These kinds of questions really need to be posted in or .org forum. I’d HIGHLY recommend trying to figure out what’s going on with the account creation issues there. However, since that process may take a bit of time, while you work through that, I can tell you that I’m unable to replicate this issue using the default theme, Twenty-Seventeen.

Since the Google Map works with Twenty-Seventeen, this seems to be a theme or plugin conflict. You can work through this documentation to test for conflicts. And ultimately, I’d suggest reaching out to your theme developer for support with this issue, as we, unfortunately, can’t support theme conflicts on this or any forum.

Best of luck with your project! Let us know should you have any questions in the future!

    Best,

    Hi Phil,

So I did some testing, and unfortunately the auto-import from that type of file won’t work with our plugins out of the box. You could, however, auto import from and iCal or Google Calendar link, if you have these events available in those formats.

So, as it stands, this kind of request would require some customization. We have some resources for doing that here. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here.

I believe, theoretically, you could accomplish this with just Events Calendar PRO and Event Aggregator, but your site and/or the plugins would require some modification in order to download and auto upload the file that the URL you gave me produces.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Shelby

    Hi Alex,

Apologies for the delay here! I’d love to help you out with your question.

In  order to implement filtering, you would have to purchase the Filter Bar plugin.

Please feel free to post again with any other questions you might have!

    Hi Rob,

So sorry it’s taken a bit to get to your question, but I’m happy to help you! 🙂

So, currently, having dependencies or pre-requisites like this for purchases are not a feature of our plugin. However, I think that you might find spotstudio’s comments on this thread helpful, for how they were able to use a WooCommerce add-on to bundle tickets. That might not be exactly how you were thinking of executing this, but I think it may accomplish a similar function.

Additionally, as Geoff mentions in the same thread, we do have a feature request posted for bundled tickets, and it would be worth upvoting in UserVoice if you’re interested in seeing it as a feature in the future.

Hope this helps, & best of luck with your project!

    Cheers,

    Hey Abtek,

    Thanks for clarifying!

I think you’ll find the information you need about multisite licensing here. If you can confirm that you’ve referenced this documentation and you’re still having trouble getting things to work as expected, please let me know and we can keep working on resolving this together. 🙂

It’s also worth worth noting that you’ll need to click the “Unlimited and Multisite licenses are also available. Click here!” link on the Eventbrite Tickets page to see the multisite pricing.

Let me know if I can clarify any of this!
