    Hi Silke,

    I’m happy to help answer your questions here!

    With Event Aggregator, free users can import data from a CSV file. Premium users can import events from other websites and calendars including Facebook, iCalendar, Google Calendar, and Meetup. They can also import from an ICS file. All of these data sources, you must own or have admin access to (depending on the source).

    If the features of Event Aggregator  aren’t suiting your needs, you may always request a refund using the form on this page. 🙂

    I think you’ll find the information you need about how to use one license for multiple installations here. You should be able to apply the dev & live site set up to what you described here.

    However, while I have you here, I will point out that, unless I misunderstood, emailing your users seems to be more of a WordPress question, and less of a question about our plugin. There are several good plugins in the repository that would allow you to email your users links to your new events. 🙂
