Are you referencing the horizontal rules (like the one I’ve inserted below) that are inserted into your Facebook Event copy that are coming out as dashed lines (———-) on Β your event listings?
(for example)
If so, this text formatting is similar to copying something from the internet and pasting it into a word processor (like Apple’s Pages, or Microsoft Word) the data is pulled in from the event, but there is no guarantee on formatting remaining consistent because there are variances in the width of the two layouts, different fonts, etc. There’s just no way to control for this sort of formatting with current web technology.
I hope this clears things up! Let me know if I’ve again missed the point, and if so, perhaps it might be easier to describe in Spanish? We have a couple of Β Spanish-speaking team members that could help you out if that makes things easier. I know that technical language doesn’t always translate well. π

Unfortunately, as IΒ mentioned before, because you’ve made your ownΒ customizations, we can’t provide support and properly troubleshoot this, as it is not our original code.
I think you’ll find that everything is functioning as expected if you temporarily disable your customizations. If that is not the case, I’d be happy to help you sort out any issues with the original code an functionality of our plugin.

For some reason, the automatic sharing isn’t giving me any information about your server, memory limits, etc., but only your WP version and your theme.

I did some testing, and I’m not able to replicate this in my environment, so I’m going to need you to perform some troubleshooting steps so that I can eliminate possible causes:

Unfortunately, this kind of a request would require some customizing of the plugin that is beyond the scope of what support can offer here. π

I think what you’re asking about is the theme styling for you events? Those settings are under “Events > Settings > Display” You can read more about that in our new user primer here.
If you can confirm you’ve referenced this and you’re still having trouble with styling issues, let me know exactly what looks off to you and I can check it out. π

I think there may, however, be a typo in your sentence here. Could you clarify what you meant when you said, “to link have day clicks link to the calendar view for the corresponding day”?
That bit doesn’t make much sense as written, and I could see a few possible meanings, so I wanted to get some more direction there so I can possibly help out. π

Unfortunately, we can’t support customizations like this to our plugins on this forum.Β We are only able to support Β issues with out of the box features, plugins, and styles as they operate with our other plugins and built in WordPress functionality when using the WordPress default themes.Β If you have a specific question about where the code for a certain setting or style exists, I’d be happy to answer those questions as well.
However, it seems that you may be at the point of Β hiring a developer to help you wrap up these changes and iron out your code. We do have some resources for finding people to help here. π

Apologies for the delayed response! We had a busy week last week, and we don’t typically work on weekends, so we’re just now getting to some of the ones posted later in the week last week.
At any rate, I’d be happy to help. We’ve been getting a lot of reports of this issue with 4.4.7, and we think it’s related to another bu that was squashed in the following release. Would you mind updating to 4.4.8 and letting me know if that resolves the issues you’re having?

So after checking with my team and some testing of my own, I’ve determined that you should proceed with the troubleshooting steps I suggested earlier. None of your events or imports should be affected, but as a precaution, it is recommended that you back up your site’s database before doing so. π
