ParticipantHey again Jessica,
If the conflict testing didn’t reveal anything, then it’s definitely not our plugin. If our plugin was conflicting, then the wait list option would definitely work when it’s deactivated.
You can let them know it’s not us. 🙂
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Chris,
Thanks for clarifying. I’m a little stumped here. I’m going to confer with my team on this one and you should expect to hear from me by tomorrow. 🙂
Thanks for your patience!

ParticipantHallo wieder Marianne,
Beste,
Shelby ?

ParticipantHi Justin,
I totally understand that!
I think you’ll find Nico’s tips about editing the tooltip in this thread helpful to set you on the right track. 🙂
Please let me know if you need anything else on this one!
Best,

ParticipantAh, I see what you’re saying Byor! My apologies, I didn’t realize we hadn’t updated that documentation.
You’ll find the file you’re looking for here:
/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php

ParticipantHi again Jesse,
Thanks for pointing me to that!
So the snippet in that article is working for me when I paste it into the functions.php file of my testing environment, but only in month view. Â So a couple questions for you:
- Is your events calendar defaulted to something other than month view?
- Also, can you confirm for me that you’re pasting without the opening “<?php”?
Let me know, and we’ll get this squared away. 🙂
Thanks!
Shelby 🙂

ParticipantHi Thomas,
Thanks for trying that out for me.
Because I’m not able to replicate this with the default theme in my testing environment, I want to see what the discrepancies are between our set ups. Could you please share your system information with me (you can follow this guide to do so)?
That will help me better determine what might be the underlying cause of this issue. 🙂
Thanks!

ParticipantHi there John,
Thanks for reaching out! 🙂
This *should be* a simple fix. Go to your dashboard, and go to Settings>General and make sure your timezone is appropriately set. This can often cause the list to get ahead of you. 🙂
Let me know how that goes!
Best,
Shelby 🙂

ParticipantHi there Byor,
Happy to help! 🙂
You can find updated locations for our file in the Themer’s Guide here.
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions or need any clarification! 🙂

May 21, 2017 at 4:21 pm in reply to: How to add the featured option checkbox in bulk edit view? #1286923Shelby
ParticipantHi Anders,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help and provide some clarification!
Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not a built in option to add the featured event checkbox to the back end bulk editing, but this change could be made with some customization. I recommend checking out the following resources if you’d like to try making these changes yourself or to find someone to help out with this:
TEC Settings Overview (To check out the available options in the plugin)
Themer’s Guide (Help for making the changes yourself)
Customization Guide (Help finding help with making custom changes)This change, however, is outside the scope of what we can help with on this forum.
Thanks for understanding!
Best,

ParticipantHi there,
Great question!
Unfortunately, upgrading to PRO doesn’t change the options in this area. I’d suggest hiring a developer to handle this sort of customization on your site. They could likely implement something like that in a relatively short amount of time. 🙂
Best of luck with this!

ParticipantHey Jonah,
Thanks for posting, & I’m happy to help.:)
Unfortunately, this kind of request isn’t a built in option, and would require some customization that we can’t provide on these forums. However, we do have some resources for doing that here. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,

ParticipantHi there Tanner,
Thanks for posting!
This error was supposed to have been resolved with the latest update. Can you clear your site’s cache and confirm that this is still happening when you download and install the latest version?
Thanks!
