    I’ve created a new event, added a ticket with woocommerce option and saved/updated event. It works.

    The issue I’m having is if I add another ticket and check the Woocommerce radio button, fill in the fields and press save/update the new ticket defaults back to RSVP and won’t save with woocommerce information I entered.

    I’m happy to try and help you resolve this. It sounds frustrating!

    I did some testing, and I’m not able to replicate this in my environment, so I’m going to need you to perform some troubleshooting steps so that I can eliminate possible causes:

    Could you please go through the steps here to test for a conflict and let me know what you find out? Then we’ll go from there! 🙂
