    Hi Natasha,

    I’m sorry I didn’t notice this before! You mentioned at the very beginning of this topic that you are running Events Calendar PRO version 4.4.8 and that’s the cause of the issue:

    The permalink logic for recurring events was moved from The Events Calendar to Events Calendar PRO on version 4.4.14, and all users running recent versions of The Events Calendar with older versions of Events Calendar PRO will experience this same problem as you are right now.

    You can download the latest version here. Don’t forget to access the permalinks page and purge cache after the update.

    Yes it is! Please check the following example:

        margin-top: 200px !important;
    }

    You can add this code to your theme’s style.css file and adapt it to your needs.

    Hi Eric,

    When I asked you to send us the URL, I was referring to the Facebook URL from where you are trying to import your events, I’m sorry if I wasn’t clear! You can send us the link via private reply if necessary.

    Just to better understand your problem: you have multiple Facebook events and even if you select a few dates, all events are imported regardless of your choices, is that correct?

    If that’s the case, I would recommend you to make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date.

    Welcome to our forums!

    Thanks for your contribution. That’s something we always recommend to our customers.

    As already mentioned earlier in this thread – keeping all plugins up-to-date is the first step to make sure things will work as expected (although these two bugs were specifically associated with The Events Calendar and not Events Calendar PRO).

    Hi Jacob!

    If you have 17 scheduled imports running every 30 minutes, you need to run 408 imports per day.

    If you change the frequency to every 1 hour, this number drops to 204, if you import your events once per day, the number of scheduled imports drops to 17.

    You can choose to either upgrade your license or change the frequency of your scheduled imports to solve the problem.

    Hey Jacob,

    Welcome back!

    Based on your previous thread I believe you are getting these messages because you reached the maximum number of scheduled imports you can run each day.

    Just to make sure that everything is working as expected with your cron jobs, please access your Dashboard and head over to Events > Help > Event Aggregator System Status and check if WP Cron is enabled.

    Event Aggregator licenses provide you with a maximum number of scheduled imports you can run each day and each scheduled import deducts from that number. You can check this article to understand how Event Aggregator’s import limits work:

    I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems with your checkout page. Let me help you to solve this!

    To get started, I would recommend you to make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date.

    After that (if the issue persists after the upgrade), please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while accessing your checkout page.

    All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content.

    Hi Steve!

    Yes, The Events Calendar 4.6.2 was released yesterday and it Fixes the issue in Month view with multi-month events not appearing on subsequent months.

    I would recommend you to update the plugin and let me know if everything works as expected after that!
