MemberHi Jerry,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’m afraid we don’t have experience integrating our plugins with geodirectory.
Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customizations like this one.
I’m leaving this thread open just in case anyone else has more info to share!
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHi Ben,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We are unfortunately unable to provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel, but you can head over to The Events Calendar WordPress.org support forums for assistance and answers.
If you have a PRO license, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.
Thanks for understanding and good luck resolving your issue. Have a good day!
Best regards,
Patricia

MemberHey Heath and Raymond,
The “fix venues data” button only shows up if there is a perceived issue with the data found in the venues. If the button does not appear, it means that the integrity of the date for your venues is problem-free. In other words, this is not the cause of your struggles.
- At this point I would recommend you to recreate the venues just to make sure that everything was correctly saved in your database (no information is missing from your address).
- Also, could you please search for this venue coordinates in Google Maps and check if the address you get is exactly the same as the one you are using to create your own venues?
Thanks!

MemberHey Arthur,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
It’s certainly possible to customize the address format! The first thing to do here is review our Themer’s Guide which covers the basics for safely overriding and customizing our templates.
You can recreate an entirely new address module by doing a template override, and placing a address.php file in a tribe-events/modules/ directory within your theme directory, which will override the default file on plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/address.php.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi Bjorn,
We are reaching out to customers who had this issue (the cURL 61 error) because our development team is working to find a final solution: we’ve been recommending everyone to manually update the plugin in the forums as a workaround, but unfortunately it doesn’t change the fact that the issue persists and we believe you won’t be able to update the plugin via Dashboard once a new version is released because of this same error.
The only thing we know right now is that it’s affecting users with a recent version of cURL and I would like to confirm if you are running this same version.
If you could send us this information that would be great! If you don’t want to install that plugin I mentioned in my previous reply, you can simply check this info with your hosting provider or temporarily add a dummy file in the root of your site (something like test.php) and add the following lines inside it:
<?php
phpinfo();Then you can access it in your browser (via yoursite.com/test.php) and check the cURL version via PHP.
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Patricia
