MemberHey Jeff,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
It’s certainly possible to achieve what you want, but remains something that we do not support “out of the box”: some amount of custom dev work would be required to make this happen.
To help you get started, the simplest approach here would be to build a custom query using tribe_get_events and setting the “eventDisplay” argument to “past”, or setting the “end_date” to indicate the end of the date range you are interested in.
We do have a list of recommended developers who could help you out with the code if necessary:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi Peter,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
You can place this snippet in a custom plugin or in your theme’s functions.php file.

MemberHi Nathan,
No, it doesn’t. This customization only works with events calendar PRO (only recurring events will display the list at the top of the Single Event page).
Give it a try and let me know how it goes 😉

MemberHi Amanda,
I was able to reproduce the exact same error while having Tracking Protection enabled on Firefox.
On Firefox, please open the Preferences page and head over to Privacy & Security menu.
In the Tracking Protection section, please make sure that you have it enabled only on private windows and that you are sending the “Do Not Track” signal only when using Tracking Protection (screenshot here).
After this change, please access your site normally (not in an incognito window) and try to connect to Facebook again: everything should be working as expected now.
Let me know if these steps helped you to solve the problem!
Thanks,
Patricia

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, could you please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date? Since I’m not able to reproduce this error in my local install, I would also recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).
Thanks!

MemberHey Amanda,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, could you please let us know what happens when you try to connect to Facebook using an incognito window? We’ve seen users in the past reporting that specific browser extensions can cause this problem and connecting to Facebook via incognito solved it.
If you can connect to Facebook via incognito, could you please let us know what is the browser you are using and what are the extensions you have installed? We are trying to specify which one is causing the issue.
Thanks!

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
As I can see from here your license key for Event Aggregator is showing up as valid/enabled on campusflorence.blog
To get started, could you please make sure that you’ve followed all the instructions explained in this article to save your license key? Please make sure that you are pressing the Save Changes button to register your license after adding it to your site:
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions in the mean time please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,

MemberHi Marsha,
Have you tried accessing your calendar using a different browser and/or via incognito window? If you purge your site’s cache, is the problem solved?
If you’ve followed all previous steps and the issue persists, could you please check if your site is using a CDN (content delivery network) like Cloudflare? If you are, please purge your CDN cache as well and check if the problem is solved after that.
If you have any other questions in the meantime please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHey Ivan,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Sometimes new licenses or license renewals take longer than expected to register with our servers.
Therefore, my guess is that your license should work by now.
Please give it another try now and let me know how it goes. If the issues persists I’ll be glad to help you with the next steps.
Thanks!

MemberHi Rainer,
Welcome back! I’m sorry to hear that you are still having problems to display events on Map View. That specific bug mentioned in our previous ticket was already fixed so we need to investigate what’s happening in your specific case.
The map view is limited to only events with an assigned venue. If an event does not have a venue with a valid address, then it will not be included the list of upcoming events, even though it might indeed be an upcoming event in other views, such as List or Month View. So to get started, please make sure that all of your events have a valid venue.
The Events Calendar has a built-in feature that checks for broken venue data and will correct it for you. Please head over to Events → Settings → Map Settings, click on the “Fix venues data.” button, refresh your Map View and see if that makes a difference.
If the last step worked, great! If not, there’s another route we can go. This time, navigate to Events → Venues. If you click Edit on one of the venues, there is an option to use latitude and longitude coordinates. Click on that option for each venue, confirm the coordinates, save the venue, then see if that makes a difference in the map’s appearance. Entering the latitude and longitude of the venue allows The Events Calendar to communicate specific coordinates to the Google Maps API when the API is unable to recognize an address on its own.
If the issue persists after following these steps, please send me some examples of events that are missing from Map View and I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps!
Thanks,
Patricia

MemberHey John,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, could you please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date (specially Events Tickets(v.4.6.3.1) and Event Tickets Plus(v.4.6.2))?
As I can see from here you have an active/valid license for Events Calendar PRO: to be able to receive the latest updates for Event Tickets Plus, you must have an active/valid license for this plugin in your site.
Also, could you please share your system info with us?
Thanks!

MemberHey Marsha,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve just accessed your calendar and it is working as expected/displaying the correct month as I can see from here (screenshot).
Could you please clear/purge your browser’s cache and let me know if everything works as expected after that?
Thanks!

MemberHi Rachel!
The widget shortcode is a built-in feature on Events Calendar PRO, no need to install other plugin to have access to this functionality 🙂 You can check how it looks like by adding the following in one of your posts/pages:
[tribe_events_list limit=”10″]
You will find more info regarding widget shortcodes in the following link:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
The plugin you mentioned (The Events Calendar Shortcode) wasn’t developed (it’s not supported) by us, so I’m not sure if it will help you to achieve what you want but feel free to give it a try!
If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHi Hanna,
I’m sorry to hear that! As a next step, could you please disconnect and re-connect your license key on geisswinklerh.wifitraining.com? You can do this by following these steps:
- Delete your license key from Events > Settings > License Keys and save your changes.
-
After that, access your account here on TheEventsCalendar.com and in your License Keys page, click the Disconnect now link for geisswinklerh.wifitraining.com
-
Return to your site’s dashboard and add your license key again.
Let me know if this helped you to solve the problem!
Cheers,
Patricia
