ParticipantHi Patrizia,
thank you for your answer.
I am not able to update the plug-in The Events Calendar PRO bc of this
message:
“There is new version of The Events Calendar PRO available but your license
key is out of installs . Visit the Events Calendar
websiteto manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one. ”
You said the license key was enabled for geisswinklerh.wifitraining.com .
this is the correct site, there is NO need to move the lincense key to
another side. Bus how come the message tells me that the key is OUT OF
INSTALLS?thanks again for help!!!
Regards, Hanna

MemberHi Hanna,
I’m sorry to hear that! As a next step, could you please disconnect and re-connect your license key on geisswinklerh.wifitraining.com? You can do this by following these steps:
- Delete your license key from Events > Settings > License Keys and save your changes.
-
After that, access your account here on TheEventsCalendar.com and in your License Keys page, click the Disconnect now link for geisswinklerh.wifitraining.com
-
Return to your site’s dashboard and add your license key again.
Let me know if this helped you to solve the problem!
Cheers,
Patricia
