MemberHey Kathy,
Thanks for contacting us!
We are very sorry about this issue you are experiencing. Can you please let us know if this issue persists even after including your Event Agreggator license on Events -> Settings -> Licenses and pressing the “Save Changes” button in the end of that page?
If the issue persists, can you please share your system information with us so we can further investigate your case?
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHey Bernhardsgrütter Anton,
Thanks for contacting us!
There’s actually an easier way to restrict your location details. If you access your Dashboard and go to Events -> Settings -> Community -> Form Defaults, you can enable the “Single geography mode” to remove the country, state/province and timezone selectors from the submission form.
I hope this helps!
Let me know if you need anything else and have a great day!

MemberHi Keith!
Thanks for sharing with us your plugin file! I’ve ran a test and clicked on “Meta Boxes” option while having both Easy Content Types and Events Calendar Pro enabled and I couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing from here: the 500 internal server error doesn’t occur.
Can you please check you PHP error log again and share with us the Fatal errors you find? If your site is experiencing 500 internal server errors every time you click on “meta boxes”, there’s certainly a Fatal Error associated with this action.
Let us know if you need anything else in the mean time!

MemberHi Keith,
I’m sorry to know that the issue persists. Can you please confirm how did you discover that the source of the conflict was the Easy Content Types plugin? This information might be helpful in our debugging process. Also, can you please send us a copy of Easy Content Types so we can try to replicate the issue from our end?
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Alec,
Answering your first question, you are correct! If you filter your calendar to show only two categories and you click on “Export Events” link in the bottom-right corner, only the filtered events will be exported. If you want to know more about how The Events Calendar works, you can access our demo site !
Regarding your second question, as already mentioned in this thread, if you navigate to each Event Category view, such as http://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/list/ from our demo site, you can export the events for that specific category.
This functionality is available in the free/core The Events Calendar. The Filter Bar add-on is not required for it, but it can help people navigate to each Event Category.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist! 🙂

MemberHi Keith,
Can you please access your Dashboard, go to Events -> Settings -> General Settings, disable the “Recurring event instances” option, save the changes and let us know if the issue persists after that?
This query you sent us has some of the properties of our Tribe__Events__Pro__Recurrence__Queries::collapse_sql() method and it might be part of the issue you are experiencing.

Can you please make sure your android device is logged into your WordPress site with sufficient permissions to handle your tickets? To be able to scan QR codes at your events, you must be logged in.
Also, this article might be useful if you want to know more about QR Codes and how they work.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!

Thanks for contacting us!
Currently there is no “out of the box” way to restrict organizers to create events using only their own venues, although it might be possible with some customization. You can check our Themer’s guide for further information on this.
Let us know if you need anything else! 🙂

MemberHey Casper,
Welcome back! 🙂
For each event you create you can choose when the tickets are available for sale and also when they should no longer be available for customers to buy. If you don’t set a start/end date for sales, all of your tickets will be available to buy from the day you created them until the event ends. You can check this screenshot and our Knowledgebase for further information on this.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist 🙂
