Porblem with QR Check In

Hello when i scan the QR code with every QR App on android don’t work.
I need to know whats is the solution because when i get scan the QR code the navigator (on smartphone) just showme the front page of the event.
Please Help me i have the premium Plugin.

Can you please make sure your android device is logged into your WordPress site with sufficient permissions to handle your tickets? To be able to scan QR codes at your events, you must be logged in.
