Aggregator – valid license key but not saving it

    I just purchased the Event Aggregator and it’s accepting the license key but not saving it. So If I go to import it just asks me to purchase the Aggregator. It doesn’t let me import from Facebook etc., only CSV.

    After I enter my license key is says it is valid and gives me the expiration date, but then if I go to another settings tab and come back, it doesn’t show anything, like it didn’t save it. And of course the Facebook and iCal options are greyed out if I try to do an import.

    I have checked for updates, and so on. I’m running the Brunch Pro theme.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    We are very sorry about this issue you are experiencing. Can you please let us know if this issue persists even after including your Event Agreggator license on Events -> Settings -> Licenses and pressing the “Save Changes” button in the end of that page?

    If the issue persists, can you please share your system information with us so we can further investigate your case?

    Its working now! Maybe I just had to wait a little—I was trying to use the aggrevator plugin just after I added the license key. Now a day later it works.
