    Hi Alfonso,

Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our products 🙂

I’m afraid I’m not sure about what you mean by owner ID’s, which makes it pretty difficult to answers your questions. Can you elaborate a bit on that? Are you referring to event creators?

Please let me know about it,

    Hi there Simone,

Thanks for reaching out to us on this and sorry to hear about this issue.

Can you please check that Events Calendar PRO is active for the website? Just go to WP-Admin > Plugins > Installed plugins and check on that.

If PRO is already active, please follow-up with your system information so I can check if everything looks right on that end.

    Hi Derek,

Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I’ll help you getting this right…

The warnings you see shouldn’t be the cause of the issue, but the error might be. Can you please the site URL where I can see this? Also, Do you have at least one event (venue really) with valid address, city and country? If not, try creating one and assign it to an event…

Please let me know about it,

    Hi Clair,

Thanks for reaching out to us, and let me say you raise an interesting point here. I don’t think this is achievable without some custom code, maybe the easiest workaround is to export a list of all attendees emails + names in csv format and import that CSV to Mailchimp (or similar) to bulk update them.

Do you think that might work for your client?

Please let me know about it,

    Nico

PS: you are welcome to suggest this feature request at The Events Calendar user voice page, where we gather feedback from our community. There are some similar request you might want to checkout before creating yours!

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion on the style override path!

The correct path to the custom filter CSS is: /my-theme/tribe-events/filterbar/filter-view.css.

Please give it a try and let me know about if it works as expected,

    Hi Cesar,

Thanks for getting in touch! I’ll help you here…

First of all let me say that’s a WordPress default functionality and nothing special we are doing. Basically Events are inheriting this from Posts.

Do you have any code to do that in front? Which variables are affected?

Are you referring to adding this to the Community Events submission form? If that the case there’s no easy way to add this option. You would need to add the fields to the form and then add some coding as well to set the desired visibility to the post.

Please let me know if this answers your question,

Thanks for the update Joanna, and sorry to hear about it 🙁

I’ve shared the case with my co-workers and we cannot match this a known bug or to any other common issue. Also, I’m still not able to reproduce.

    …stripped the theme away…

Does this means you switched to the default WordPress Theme? In case you didn’t try please do so with default theme and no other plugins active.

I’m seeing a weird call https://cloudup.com/cS_9ImxNZuK which is failing, but I don’t see where this is coming from.

Can you set an staging site with a vainilla WordPress install, and try to reproduce the issue there? I know this is time consuming, but it’s pretty difficult to troubleshot the issue if we are not able to reproduce it.

Regarding the distance filter, it only shows up when there is a search in the ‘Location/Events In’ search field. It then allows you filter how far from the center of that location to show events. A lot of folks get confused by it, and we have a ticket in place to inform this.

    Hey thanks for following up!

The snippet is working as expected in my local site – I made a new recurring event with two dates as yours and it works like a charm.

Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. Also are you using latest versions of the plugins?

Finally could you follow up with the event URL where I can see this in action?

    Thanks for following up John!

Can you explain define/ elaborate on what is “content and expert”?

Sure! Sorry if I was too vague before…

WordPress searches for content in the fields: Title, Content and excerpt. This are the fields in the event editor: https://cloudup.com/cHmhk7kMzXk – As we use WordPress default search functions to search for events as well, the searched keywords need to be in one of those fields for the event to be found.

If adding the keywords to any of those fields still doesn’t work please let me know about it,

    Thanks Wayne!

I believe you are not doing anything wrong.

I see you are using http://eventibrite.co.uk (instead of .com), Have you placed this snippet: Configuring Eventbrite Tickets to use eventbrite.co.uk in place in your functions.php file?

Please let me know about it and sorry for the hassle while setting up the plugin, we are hearing many users are having troubles with the authorization and we are looking into it but we still are not sure about the cause of the issue,
