    Hello, I don’t have any Additional Fields tab (Events -> Settings -> Additional Fields tab) and I can’t create an additional field theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/

    Hi there Simone,

    Thanks for reaching out to us on this and sorry to hear about this issue.

    Can you please check that Events Calendar PRO is active for the website? Just go to WP-Admin > Plugins > Installed plugins and check on that.

    If PRO is already active, please follow-up with your system information so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
