    Thanks for getting in touch! I’m happy to report that category-specific filtering is 100% possible with the Event List widget included with Events Calendar PRO. You can read more about the various widget options available under “Configuring the PRO Version” on our Event List settings Knowledgebase article!

    Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! It looks like your licenses are brand new, so you may simply have run into some latency issues that were preventing your key from activating the first time around. I’ve gone ahead and pushed some changes through the backend for you–if you’d like to clear your browser caches and give it another try, your Event Tickets Plus key should activate just fine now!

    Hi there! Thanks so much for your interest in our products–I’ll try to help you with these questions as best I can! 🙂

    1. If you’re wanting to display multiple full-size calendars on the same page of your site, this isn’t currently supported as a feature (though we’re hoping to implement it very soon this year). That said, you can use categories to view full-size calendars listing only events that fall under a particular category, as in this example from our WP Shindig product demo site.
    2. Absolutely! We support paid ticket sales and management through Event Tickets Plus and the e-commerce platform of your choice; if your e-commerce platform supports payment processing via PayPal, we’ll support it, as well.
    3. Other than the premium import tools provided by iCal Importer, we offer CSV import functionality that comes standard with The Events Calendar–you should be able to bring in any CSV-formatted data you have with this tool.
    4. We do! You can specify a unique location and timezone for each event as needed, and this data can be imported from other applications, as well.
    5. Sorry for the confusion here! In the current implementation, if you create a ticket for a recurring event, one ticket type will be created that will be repeated across the entire series of events. The backend will not be able to differentiate between tickets for each event in the series. We’re hoping to implement full recurring event ticketing in a future release, but we don’t currently have a timeline for when this feature might be available.

Absolutely–we’re happy to offer a 30-day refund policy on all of our products so you can test them thoroughly with your setup, try any customizations you’d like, and generally just take your time figuring out if they’re right for you. Should you have any issues at all during your first month, we’ll be glad to provide support, and we’ll happily process refunds for any products that just aren’t working out for any reason.

    Hi Craig,

    Thanks for getting in touch! Just to clarify, are you looking for a system that will allow you to import events via API from multiple websites onto a single site powered by The Events Calendar (or Events Calendar PRO)?

    Unfortunately, we don’t support custom API event imports with any of our plugins at this time. A possible workaround might be to export events from your original sources to a Google Calendar, then set a recurring import with iCal Importer to bring the events from the Google Calendar into The Events Calendar. Would something like this possibly work for your needs? 🙂

    Hi there!

    Thanks for getting in touch! Good question–since Community Events simply builds upon the functionality of the calendar it’s installed with, you’ll need to pair it with whichever calendar version includes the features you’re looking for. Venue maps on individual events are supported in all versions of The Events Calendar, but the Map View for displaying all events will require Events Calendar PRO.

    Our product demo site WP Shindig has a number of events with maps available for viewing, as well as a live demo of PRO’s Map View. Is this in line with what you’re looking for?
