    we had woo commerce tickets but it expired. Just got a new licence for ticket plus – but the web site wont accept the key. can w have a key that weill work with the existing wo commerce ticket so we can upgrade it.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! It looks like your licenses are brand new, so you may simply have run into some latency issues that were preventing your key from activating the first time around. I’ve gone ahead and pushed some changes through the backend for you–if you’d like to clear your browser caches and give it another try, your Event Tickets Plus key should activate just fine now!

    Should you have any other issues, would you mind dropping us a quick email so we can take a closer look? (Please choose the “Help accessing my account” option from the drop-down menu to reach our email form.) We’ll be happy to get you sorted just as soon as possible!
