MemberHi Phyllis,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out! As Eventbrite Tickets is intended to operate as a bridge between our products and the Eventbrite ticketing platform, you’re correct in that ticket purchases are routed through Eventbrite’s own site for payment processing. You can see an example of this flow in action on the Eventbrite Tickets demo on our WP Shindig demo site. If you’re looking for the most direct process using PayPal as a payment method, I’d suggest pairing Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce for payment processing and using PayPal as your preferred payment method. Here’s our Event Tickets Plus demo on WP Shindig for comparison!
I hope that helps to clarify the differences between these two products a bit! Let me know if you should have any other questions–I’d be more than glad to assist. Thanks again for stopping by!

MemberHi Cas,
Thanks so much for your purchase! Unfortunately, due to the way our bundles are set up in our products database, we’re unable to process direct upgrades to Ultimate Bundles at this time. Would you be so kind as to reach out to us via our refund request form with your order number and some details? We’ll be glad to process a refund for your Importer Bundle so you can purchase the Ultimate Bundle whenever you’re ready.
Thank you!

MemberHi Mez,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, as CSV import is a standard feature of The Events Calendar, its functionality isn’t expanded upon in Event Aggregator, and scheduled import of CSV files is not supported. It’s an extra step, but perhaps you might be able to import your Google Sheets CSV files into a Google Calendar and then schedule regular imports from that calendar? If you can provide any other specifics on your situation, we can certainly do our best to offer possible solutions! 🙂
Thanks again for stopping by, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi David,
Thanks for getting in touch–great question! It sounds like method two on this Knowledgebase article may achieve just the sort of hiding functionality you’re seeking for your members-only events. Give it a try, and let us know if it works out for you! Should you encounter any issues along the way or wish to expand this functionality further, our support team would be more than glad to assist you there.
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Katherine,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! While The Events Calendar and Event Tickets Plus certainly work great together, you don’t need our calendar in order to make use of our ticketing features. Once Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus have been installed on your site, you’ll be able to add tickets to any post, page, or custom post type of your choice, just as you would add them to a calendar event. (And should you choose to add The Events Calendar later, it’s a quick installation and won’t change any of your existing settings.)
Does that help to answer your question? Let me know if you should have any others or if I can clarify anything else for you! 🙂 Thanks again for stopping by!
January 10, 2017 at 3:56 pm in reply to: Recurring event that repeats multiple times in one day. #1216199Caroline
MemberHi Didar,
Thanks for getting in touch! We certainly do have support for events recurring on the same day, as well as a wide range of other recurrence types. Our newly-updated Knowledgebase article on recurring events has plenty of information on the new recurrence settings and how to use them–I highly recommend giving it a look over as you’re experimenting with the new settings! Should you encounter any issues along the way, we’ll be more than glad to assist over here in the forums.
Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Eoin,
Thanks for reaching out! At the moment, we do not currently offer any way to group sub-events under a larger event for ticketing purposes. I’d suggest creating a single event (spanning multiple days, if needed) and listing the details for each sub-event in the event’s description–this way, ticketing can be handled through a single master event, while the information on each event in the series is still available to your visitors.
If you’re interested in seeing this functionality fully implemented into a future version of The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO, you can submit your feature ideas (or vote on an existing suggestion) over on our UserVoice forums! Please don’t hesitate to drop by and cast your ballot–we’d love the opportunity to discuss your ideas further! 🙂
Thank you!

January 9, 2017 at 11:01 am in reply to: Non-Profit Organization Needs Recurring Event Functionality #1215239Caroline
MemberHi Dijo,
Thanks for getting in touch! While we’re unable to offer specific features of our plugins a la carte, qualifying nonprofits can apply to be considered for an Events Calendar PRO license, which includes recurring event functionality. You can find more information as well as our application link on our Knowledgebase here. Let us know if you should have any questions about the program that aren’t answered there!
Thank you!

MemberHi Ken,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! No problem–you can add as many custom fields as you’d like to collect additional information from your ticket buyers using our Attendee Information options. These custom fields can be saved and reused on as many events as you’d like, so you won’t need to recreate the same fields for each event. And, of course, all of our products are designed from the ground up to work well together, meaning Event Tickets Plus will function beautifully with either of our calendar offerings. 🙂 Let me know if you should have any specific concerns about how Event Tickets Plus might work with your setup–I’d be more than glad to assist!
Thanks again for stopping by, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!
January 9, 2017 at 10:50 am in reply to: Replacing Google Calendar with The Events Calendar Pro #1215235Caroline
MemberHi Navin,
Yes, that’s correct–all import functionality for our products is handled by Event Aggregator, including imports from Google Calendar, iCal, Facebook, and Meetup. (CSV import functionality is a standard feature of The Events Calendar and can be used without purchasing Event Aggregator.) I’d be glad to answer any specific questions you might have about supported formats for Event Aggregator and how importing works with our plugins! Let me know if I can assist here!
Thank you!

MemberHi Patricia,
Thanks for following up with some more information here! It looks like your site is using our free plugin, The Events Calendar, not one of our premium offerings with an associated license key. If you’re interested in upgrading to Events Calendar PRO, you can do this at any time–you’ll be prompted to set up a new account with us at the time of purchase.
Regarding the existing issue on your live site, I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you on the WordPress.org support forum for The Events Calendar. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you there!
