GuestWe operate a volunteer website for Community Emergency Preparedness in Seattle. The WordPress multi site website is a custom design with several paid plugins.
When the plugin was purchased, I am not certain the license information was passed along. I am unable to locate the license key in our records. What is the expiration date, if there is one and how do we determine which plugin to select, purchase and update?
Your assistance is appreciated! Be Safe!

MemberHi Patricia,
Thanks for following up with some more information here! It looks like your site is using our free plugin, The Events Calendar, not one of our premium offerings with an associated license key. If you’re interested in upgrading to Events Calendar PRO, you can do this at any time–you’ll be prompted to set up a new account with us at the time of purchase.
Regarding the existing issue on your live site, I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you on the WordPress.org support forum for The Events Calendar. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you there!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
