GuestHi,
I am currently doing a redesign of my client site http://wsmsnyc.org/home and would like to update their current calendar http://wsmsnyc.org/home/community/calendar/ with a better one. I am looking into getting The Events Calendar Pro plugin and have the following pre-sales questions:
1- Can they continue using google calender with The Events Calendar Pro. My clients would like to stick with google calender but I would like for it to look nicer with The Events Calendar Pro. If so, can the client continue logging into the same google calendar account (We would like to keep the workflow the same).
2- Will it be fully responsive?
3- What kind of support do you guys provide in the setup of the plugin on the site.
Thanks,
Looking forward to hear from you .Navin

MemberHi Navin,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out–we’re thrilled that you’re considering a move to Events Calendar PRO! I’d be more than glad to assist you with your pre-sales questions here!
- You can definitely continue to use Google Calendar as your main source for events while still displaying events on your site with The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO. Our event importing tool, Event Aggregator, works beautifully with either of our calendar offerings to import events from Google Calendar (or other sources). Simply set a scheduled import to repeat at whatever interval you’d like, and Event Aggregator will automatically import your Google Calendar events for you. You can read more about how imports work with Event Aggregator here!
- Yes, all of our plugins are fully responsive straight out of the box–no custom CSS needed.
- We provide detailed documentation in our Knowledgebase that covers everything you should need to get up and running quickly! Our New User Primers are a great place to start and easily walk you through each step of the process, from purchase to installation to configuration to product usage. If you should run into any issues along the way, our premium support team here in the forums are on hand to assist with any specific questions you might have.
Does that help to address some of your concerns here? Let us know if you should have any other questions–and thanks again for stopping by!

GuestThanks
Final question on cost. Based on what their current set up – http://wsmsnyc.org/home/community/calendar/
1- Will I need to get the PRO version of events calendar?
2- Event Aggregator will be an additional cost?January 9, 2017 at 10:28 am #1215225Caroline
MemberHi Navin,
- Our free version of The Events Calendar contains all of the functionality needed for basic calendar displays, and it should meet the needs of most users who simply want a quick and powerful calendar solution. An upgrade to Events Calendar PRO may be worth considering if you need support for recurring events, additional calendar views such as week or location-based map views, calendar widgets, or shortcodes, among other features. The product page for Events Calendar PRO linked here provides a brief feature comparison and more details on PRO’s added functionality, which may help you to determine which calendar is appropriate for your setup!
- We do offer Event Aggregator as a separate purchase, starting at $89 for one year of product updates, premium support, and up to 100 imports per day. Event Aggregator is also included in our Importer Bundle along with Events Calendar PRO and Filter Bar–this popular bundle is a great option for those who need multiple plugins from us and would like to enjoy a substantial savings on the group.
Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

GuestSo I need to purchase Event Aggregator in order to have google events on my calendar. Correct?

MemberHi Navin,
Yes, that’s correct–all import functionality for our products is handled by Event Aggregator, including imports from Google Calendar, iCal, Facebook, and Meetup. (CSV import functionality is a standard feature of The Events Calendar and can be used without purchasing Event Aggregator.) I’d be glad to answer any specific questions you might have about supported formats for Event Aggregator and how importing works with our plugins! Let me know if I can assist here!
Thank you!
