MemberHiĀ Olivier,
Thanks for following up, and I’m so sorry for the confusion here! Based on your stated needs, since you will be activating your license on more than 11 sub-sites in a multisite network, it sounds like our Multisite licensing would, indeed, be the right fit for your site. We’re currently not able to upgrade single-site licenses directly to Multisite licenses, but we’d be glad to provide a coupon code to discount the cost of your existing license from the purchase of a Multisite product. Would you mind sending us an email referencing this forum thread when you have a moment? We’ll go ahead and get that set up for you so you can complete that purchase whenever you’re ready! š
Thank you!

MemberHi there,
Thanks for taking the time to follow up, and I’m so sorry for the delay in getting this resolved for you! I’m afraid that we weren’t able to locate any record of an email contact from your address, but I’d be more than glad to take care of this for you via the forums.
Just to confirm before I go ahead and process your refund, did you wish to refund only the Event Tickets Plus portion of order #1266494?
Thank you!

MemberHi Jose,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! It looks as though your calendar page is showing the mobile version of the default calendar, which is certainly very unusual behavior! We’d love to take a closer look if you wouldn’t mind–are you able to share a link to your site’s events page so that we can investigate further?
Thank you!

MemberHi Lisa,
Thanks for taking the time to reachĀ out–happy to assist here! š
If you’re just looking for a straightforward way to export your events and reimport them to another WordPress site, WordPress’s built-in import and export tools should work just fine. You can export your existing events following the instructions in this guide.Ā Just select “Events” from the list of post types to export and click the button to download an export file to your computer! From there, you can import this file with your events to your new site using these instructions. PleaseĀ ensure that you’ve already installed all of your plugins on the new site before attempting to import your events! It’s also worth noting that this method does not import your plugin settings, so you’ll need to reconfigure any settings that were changed from their defaults once you’ve finished installing everything.
I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions as you’re working through the process!

MemberHi Roger,
Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! You can safely ignore the message that you’re seeing after enabling multisite functionality on your WordPress install. This message is simply intended as a warning to users who wish to activate any of our plugins across 11 or more sub-sites within a single multisite network–these users do need to upgrade to our Multisite licensing, but if you’re only using our products on a single site, you can continue to use them as normal. The warning will not affect functionality of the plugins in any way! š
Regarding your internal server error, this isn’t related to the warning message at all, andĀ we’d love to investigateĀ further. Would you mind taking a moment to open a new thread with some more details on this problem so that we can take the time to troubleshoot with you?
Thank you!

MemberHi Remi,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m afraid that the option to create flexible-use tickets of this type is not yet supported by Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus. If you’d be interested in seeing this feature added to a future release of our plugins, we do have a similar feature suggestion over on our UserVoice forum–we’d be glad to have you vote your support and share your comments, if you’d like!
I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news here! Thanks again for stopping by, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can assist you with!

MemberHi Monique,
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equippedĀ to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
- If you’re using one or more of our free pluginsĀ such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
- If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! š
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Helena,
Thanks for getting in touch! By default, our core calendar plugins The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO only allow events to be submitted by site administrators. However, support for user-submitted events can be added on with our Community Events plugin which is available separately. You can read more about each of these plugins on the product pages linked here.
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Lars,
Thanks for stopping by! At this time, all of our plugins are developed exclusively forĀ sites running the WordPress CMS distributed on WordPress.org.
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Eric,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out! As we don’t offer any built-in calendar views that offer this exact type of display, you’ll need to delve into a bit of customization to achieve this particular look. For a display on your homepage, I’d suggest using a WordPress query to pull posts of the custom post type tribe_events (the post type that The Events Calendar uses for its events). Once you’ve written a query to pull these posts, you can write a loop using PHP to apply different styling to the first event in the series and have all others display in the smaller format beneath.
I hope that helps to get you started! Best of luck with your customizations, and let us know if you should have any other questions! š

MemberHi Shane,
Thanks for reaching out! Try adding this CSS to your child theme’s stylesheet or a custom stylesheet for our plugins (using the directions provided in this Knowledgebase article):
.tribe-country-name { display: none; }This should hide the country name from any addresses that display on your site.
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Karin,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here–so sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your events! I’ve just had a look at your site linked here, and all of the images appear to be loading properly on my end. Are you still seeing this problem occurring for you? If so, would you mind sharing a link to the single event page for the event that is exhibiting this problem?
Regarding the backend display shown in your screencap, this problem typically occurs on smaller screen resolutions when other plugins are adding additional columns to your eventĀ listing. You can hide any unneeded columns by clicking the Screen Options tab at the top of your event listing page and unchecking the boxes for columns you don’t need to display. Click the blue Apply button once you’ve finished making your selections, and you should see your columns expand to fill the newly-opened space.
I hope that helps! Thanks, and let us know if you should have any other questions! š
