Find Out More Text Won't Change

Hello,

I have gone to:
1) the events calendar/src/views/day/single-event.php
2)the events calendar/src/views/day/single-featured.php
3) the events calendar/src/views/list/single-event.php
4) the events calendar/src/views/list/single-featured.php
and changed “Find out more” to “Sign up Here” and the text did not change

I tried to change the text here also and it just messes up the display all together:
5) the events calendar/src/views/month/mobile.php

What am I missing?
