    Hi Luca,

Awesome, so glad to hear you’ve gotten Event Aggregator purchased and set up successfully this time! Our New User Primer for Event Aggregator is a great place to refer back to as you’re getting started with EA–I’d suggest giving it a look over and keeping it handy as you’re setting up your first imports! We’ll be here for any other questions or concerns that you might have along the way! 🙂

Since your original purchase inquiry is all resolved now, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread out, if that’s alright! Please don’t hesitate to follow up with a new thread if there’s anything else we can do to assist! Cheers, and thanks again!

    Hi Fabrice,

Great, so glad you were able to find the culprit and resolve this issue quickly! You may also wish to reach out to the developer for the conflicting plugin to make them aware of the issue, just in case they’re willing or able to provide a fix. 🙂

Since you’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved, I’m going to go ahead and close it out to keep things moving along. Please don’t hesitate to follow up with a new thread if there’s anything else we can do to assist! Thanks again!

    Hi Luca,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here! On further review of your account, it appears that you may have accidentally picked up a copy of our Facebook Events plugin when attempting to complete an order for Event Aggregator. I’ve gone ahead and refunded this purchase for you so that you can place a new order whenever you’re ready–you can use this link to add the equivalent license for Event Aggregator to your shopping cart. Let us know if you should have any questions or concerns as you’re getting ready to check out here! 🙂

Once you’ve completed a new order for Event Aggregator, you’ll see the new license key listed on your account’s License Keys page, and you’ll be able to activate this license on the Keys page of your plugin settings and begin importing events as Geoff described above.

I hope that helps to get you all straightened out here! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else that we can assist with!

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out–happy to assist with this! I’ve gone ahead and refunded that order for you as requested, and you should see those funds returning to your account in no more than 5-10 business days.

Cheers, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can assist with! 🙂

    Hi Robert,

Thanks for following up! This message is mainly intended for users who used single-site licenses across multiple sites on a multisite network during a time when we did not offer multisite licensing for our products. If you only need to activate Events Calendar PRO on one or a handful of sub-sites on a multisite network, you can safely ignore this warning! The functionality of the plugin itself won’t be impacted in any way–our Multisite products simply add network-wide administration features and support for activation across 11 or more sub-sites in a multisite network, neither of which would be useful for your situation! 🙂 You can read more about our Multisite licenses and how they differ from our single-site offerings on our Knowledgebase here.

Does that help to address your concerns here? Let me know if you should have any other questions–I’d be more than glad to assist!

    Hi Robert,

Thanks for reaching out! No need to worry about letting your PRO subscription lapse at this time–you’ll still be eligible to renew at our discounted rate whenever you’re ready to do so, or you can continue using just The Events Calendar if you’d prefer. If you wish to continue using PRO but aren’t ready to renew just yet, do make sure that you hold off on updating The Events Calendar so that the version numbers for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO remain in sync. Using the newest version of The Events Calendar with an older version of Events Calendar PRO can cause conflicts that may produce undesirable results with your events or calendar pages.

I hope that helps to clarify things a bit! Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can assist with!

    Hi Bryan,

Thanks for reaching out! While we don’t have built-in functionality for adding additional fields to the Community Events submission form, this is something that would certainly be possible by way of plugin and template customizations. This forum post provides a bit more info on how to set this up with your form templates and the events backend.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Shannon,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out–happy to hear that you’re considering making the move to Events Calendar PRO! 🙂 The option to include calendar events in the main blog loop only overwrites the main blog loop and doesn’t affect other places where blog posts are called, such as the “recent posts” homepage area on your theme. You can easily fix this by modifying your theme’s code to include the post type tribe_events as well as the default posts. Doing this should pull in both events and blog entries and display the most recent four posts of both types.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Rae-Anna,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out! I’d be more than glad to try and assist you with this–unfortunately, I wasn’t able to replicate this issue on a quick review of your events on a mobile device here. Would you be so kind as to provide more details and a link to an affected page of your site? We’ll be sure to review and see what suggestions we can provide from there!

    Thank you!

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out! This bit of CSS should ensure that your venue address will always begin on a new line:

    .tribe-events-venue-details .tribe-address { display: block; }

Give it a try, and let us know if this helps to resolve your issue! 🙂
