We offer Personal, Business, Agency, and Unlimited tiers for Events Calendar PRO, and the process will vary depending on whether you’re upgrading or downgrading, so I want to make sure we’re processing your upgrade for the correct tier! Let us know what your preference is, and we’ll see where we can go from there.
