Hi,
I would like to know what kind of solution we have to buy for a university with many website on ONLY one domain name :
xyz.domain.com
Is “Multisite” for event calendar pro enough or we have to buy the unlimited ?
ThanksApril 10, 2017 at 6:22 am #1267534CourtneyMemberHello Olivier
Will you be installing the plugin on one website within your multisite? How many sub-sites will need the plugin to work?
Knowing that will help me determine the best choice for you.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂April 11, 2017 at 9:22 am #1268304OlivierParticipantHi,

If I am understanding correctly, you’d like the plugin to work on all 50 sub-sub-domains? If so, the multisite license will cover that use.
Our purchases representative can clarify for you if the single license can be upgraded or should remain a separate license key. Please email support [at] theeventscalendar [dot] com.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂April 23, 2017 at 3:21 am #1273198OlivierParticipantHi,
I contacted the email support email :
“I would like to have some information about your licence Multisite 349$.
I posted a message on the forum (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/multisite-349/#post-1268585).
This licence is enough for http://www.domain.com + subdomain1.domain.com + subdomain2.domain.com + subdomain3.domain.com + 50 subsubdomains.subdomain.domain.com ?
And last question : the single license for http://www.domain.com can be upgraded or should remain a separate license key?”but here is the answer :
“Thanks so much for reaching out, and I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues here! Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide support for our plugins over email, but I’d love to connect you with someone on our forums who can assist you!Depending on your situation (if you are a premium plugin user or a free plugin user) you can get support in the following ways:
Free plugin user: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar
Premium plugin user: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/post/
Would you be so kind as to post your question at one of the places above? This will ensure you get the support you need. Thanks again, and we’ll see you on the forums!”
Could you tell me what kind of solution i have to choose ?
Thansk
April 24, 2017 at 7:52 am #1273396CarolineMemberHi Olivier,
Thanks for following up, and I’m so sorry for the confusion here! Based on your stated needs, since you will be activating your license on more than 11 sub-sites in a multisite network, it sounds like our Multisite licensing would, indeed, be the right fit for your site. We’re currently not able to upgrade single-site licenses directly to Multisite licenses, but we’d be glad to provide a coupon code to discount the cost of your existing license from the purchase of a Multisite product. Would you mind sending us an email referencing this forum thread when you have a moment? We’ll go ahead and get that set up for you so you can complete that purchase whenever you’re ready! 🙂
Thank you!
