ParticipantHi Leslie,
Ewww, I see what you are talking about. And I see the 100% image width as well. What I don’t see is it doing the same on my vanilla install. Can you confirm that you have deactivated all other plugins and reverted to the default Twenty Eleven theme? Does it still do the same thing? If it does, could you go to Events > Help and copy the System Information from the black box so we can take a look at what might be going on?
Let me know what happens and we’ll go from there.

ParticipantHi fusionstudio,
Thanks for reporting this issue. I’m seeing a bit of that behavior here as well. I’m going to do some more testing of it, but one thing I noticed is that it doesn’t seem to duplicate if you publish the first event in the series and then select the “Update All Events” option. You can unpublish particular events from there if you need to.
Does that behave the same way for you?
I’m likely to log this as a bug, so if you have any additional details or wonkiness that you notice, I’d really appreciate hearing about them.

ParticipantHey infosws,
Thanks for reporting this issue. We’ll check it out for an upcoming maintenance release.
If this becomes more of a concern for you, please come back and start a new thread. But it sounds like you’ve got this under control at the moment, so I’m going to go ahead and close this one.

ParticipantHey Thorsten,
OK, another crazy idea for you. Maybe put one of these (http://www.worldtimeserver.com/clocks/) or something like it on your site?
Also, I know they had a similar issue for the WordSesh event (wordsesh.org). They’re planning another one in about a month, so the site isn’t fully developed at the moment. But they had a neat way of doing the same thing. All their events were set to UTC and I remember that there was a way to display your local time in UTC or some such thing. Might be something to keep an eye on.
I would think that if you’re willing to dig into the code, there’s got to be a way to make something like that happen. Have you seen our Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) and Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/)? I guess I assumed you had by now, but I’m not seeing mention of it. You’ll probably find what you’re looking for there so you can make your customizations.
Good luck and let me know if I can point you to anything else.

ParticipantHi Christine,
That sounds like an interesting application. Have you tried changing the number of events to show per page? (Found under Events > Settings > General tab) That’s available on the free version. Let’s see if we can get that working as you may not need PRO.
Does that solve the problem for you?

ParticipantHi Richard,
Thanks for taking a look at the Events Calendar PRO plugin. Alas, you are correct, it is not yet responsive. It is a much requested feature that we definitely have on our radar. But it’s a complicated project and not on our roadmap at this time.
Sorry to disappoint you.

Participantmastafu,
Yeah, you should be able to do an override. We had a similar thread earlier: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-do-you-customize-the-form/. The last comment by Casey should get you going in the right direction.
Happy coding!

Can you try adding this snippet and see if it does the trick for you? https://gist.github.com/JulieKuehl/7242580#file-default-author

Participantmastafu,
I’m glad you were able to get it working for you. If it’s something you’d be willing to share, maybe you could post some details here for others to learn from?

ParticipantHi Thorsten,
Wow. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. I’m glad we can meet what sounds like 95% of your needs. One thought I had is that our PRO add-on has Custom Event Attributes. Would using those be of any help to you at all? Still a manual process though, I suppose.
And thanks for adding your vote to the Feature Ideas page. That gets this feature on the radar for consideration.
Good luck with your calendar, and all the good work it reflects! Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

ParticipantHey Angela,
Thanks for being an Modern Tribe supporter! The best way to get your specific licensing situation figured out is to email pro (at) tri.be and they should be able to get you set up with whatever you need.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you.

ParticipantHey Chris,
I think that most of the discussions regarding RSVP have revolved around one of the ticketing options we offer. If it’s something you’d like to see in PRO, you could put it in as a Feature Idea (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas). Search for it first and up vote it if you find it, but if not, the more clear you can be about what you’d like it to do, the better.
Anything else I can help you with?

ParticipantHi gb,
Thanks for checking out The Events Calendar! Yes, you did find one of our bugs regarding the last day of multi-day events. I know they’ve been working on squashing that one and I expect it will be fixed in one of our upcoming maintenance releases.
With regards to posting to Twitter or Facebook, that is not a feature we currently have in any of our plugins. It might be a great one to add to or vote on over at our Feature Ideas page though (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas).
As far as multiple calendars go, that can be possible with certain types of customization, but it is not something that it does out of the box. The plugin is designed to be one calendar per site. Subdomains or multisites are treated as independent calendars requiring separate installations of the plugin.
Lastly, Events Calendar PRO and Community Events are two separate plugins. While they are integrated with each other, and the rest of our plugins, they need to be purchased separately.
I hope I’ve answered your questions. If you have any more, please let me know!

ParticipantHey Soosie,
Sorry to have disappointed you. As you can tell from the “Greek”, sometimes simple things are harder than they appear. We try to include as many features as we can, be we’ve not yet gotten around to them all. If there’s something specific you’d like to see us work on for a future release, you can suggest it, or vote it up, over at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas.
I do have a couple of recommendations for you. Try checking with http://enollo.com/ (min of $75) or http://www.iheartargyle.com/ (min of $125) and see if they are able to assist. Also, one other marketplace that you could check is http://microlancer.com. You’ll want to look for a WordPress developer. Maybe try searching for WordPress plugin and look for the people who are doing that.
Give those folks a try. And let me know how they work out for you.

ParticipantSean,
Yeah, AJAX can be problematic. It has to be written just so. And the likelihood of plugins written by different folks being written “just so” in order for them to play nicely together is kind of slim.
Since you deactivated it and the home page seems normal at the moment, should we wait a day or so and see if that’s resolved the issue? If it continues to work, then you can decide if you want to completely delete it or not.
Keep me posted on how it’s behaving, if you would.
