ParticipantHi aleclasar,
Thanks for checking in! While it hasn’t been resolved as of today, you can always track the bugs we’re working on over at https://theeventscalendar.com/bug-hunting/.
Since it is on our radar, we are working on patching it. While we can’t guarantee which maintenance release will address this issue, we are working to get this released in an impending maintenance build very soon. Hang in there!

ParticipantHey there Jorge,
The way that WooCommerce Tickets creates tickets is that each type of ticket, say an adult ticket for next Wednesday’s event, is it’s own “product” as far as WooCommerce is concerned. And yes, “tickets” is the product category. You could change the product category to something else, if that’s what you’re looking to do, but we can’t guarantee that it will work with that plugin.
However, from what I understand, it looks like this will do what you’re looking for. One thing to note is that WooCommerce Tickets currently doesn’t work with recurring events, so you’d have to list your classes as a one-time event, maybe “class registration” or something like that.
Does that help?

ParticipantHi Glenn,
You are correct in that the WooCommerce Tickets add-on will provide a list of everyone who registers for an event for administrators. But I believe that you are asking if the list of attendees will be publicly displayed in which case the answer is no, that is not a built-in feature. It is probably possible to do through customization however, if you’d be interested in pursuing that route. We’ve got some information over at http://docs.tri.be/Tickets:-WooCommerce/ that might help and the rest you’ll likely find on the WooCommerce website.
Let me know if I’ve answered your question, or perhaps more importantly, if I’ve misunderstood!

ParticipantHey Stephen,
The folks in our The Events Calendar PRO forum are going to be better able to answer your question over there. I’m going to transfer this topic to them.
They’ll be more than happy to help!

ParticipantHi sonaros,
We’re glad you like Event Calendar PRO and WooCommerce Tickets enough to want to use them for another client! There IS a way to upgrade your license from the http://tri.be website. You can find the information on how to do that about half way down this page https://theeventscalendar.com/renewing-upgrading-your-license-a-guide/.
If you have any troubles, or any additional questions – just ask!

ParticipantHi uxicorp,
Our Facebook add-on only imports future events from Facebook pages. It appears to me that both of these links only have events in the past at the moment. But it looks like the links should work when there are some future events.
If you’re still having troubles with future events, please provide us the link (like you did) so we can recreate it and check it out.
If you have any additional questions, please ask!

ParticipantHi nickdutson,
I’m glad to hear that you got this resolved to your satisfaction. If you have troubles with it in the future, you’ll have better luck asking this sort of question in The Events Calendar PRO forum as this one is meant for pre-sales questions. They’ll do their best to get you sorted!

ParticipantHi Tom,
Coloring events does make it easier to find things on a calendar, doesn’t it. If you wanted to color events separately by lets say category, you could certainly do that through some CSS customizations. You can check out our Event Calendar Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/ to get some information that could help you do that.
OR
We’ve had a friendly user develop an add-on that sounds like it does just what you’re looking for. You can check it out at http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-category-colors/. Many of our users have found it very helpful.
If we can answer any other questions, please just ask!

ParticipantHey there uxicorp,
The quick and easy answer to your question is yes. 🙂
It is possible to display events by venues and by organizers. A list form (which you can see a demo of here http://wpshindig.com/venue/the-tribal-lair/) is the easier way, but others could be configured as well. And the Venue View is a feature of the PRO version, so it sounds like it should do the trick for you.
If you have any additional questions, please let us know!

ParticipantHi again Chuck,
There are a few widgets you can put in the sidebar. They are an events list, a calendar, a countdown timer, and a list of events at a featured venue. We do not have a sidebar widget for a photo view.
Does that answer your question?

ParticipantHi Cintia,
Sorry I misunderstood your question. I’m going to move it to the support area for Events Calendar PRO since that’s a more appropriate venue for it. They’ll be better able to help you there.
But I do know that there are some strings that aren’t translatable. We try to address these with each release and have some included in our upcoming maintenance release. There may be new strings included that are ready for you to translate. I don’t know if those labels will specifically be part of that release though.
Let us know if you have further questions.

Participantthoand,
Glad you found the link helpful. That’s a new page that we put together only days ago — so if you hadn’t seen it before, it’s because it wasn’t there!
Stay tuned for future releases and you can always check back to see changes to the bug hunting info. If you have no further questions, I’ll close out this thread.

ParticipantHey there Chuck,
That sounds really neat. What is displayed depends on which template you choose, but I think what you’re looking for is doable. Adding the pictures would be the trickiest part and would require a slight bit of customization. It could be done, but not out of the box. I’m not sure how comfortable you are with making customizations yourself, but it shouldn’t be too hard.
Does that help? Do you have any additional questions that I can answer?

ParticipantHey there GalenL,
While that’s a really interesting concept, it’s not what our Facebook Events plugin is designed to do. You’re asking to go from WordPress into Facebook, while our plugin actually pulls data from Facebook and puts it into WordPress.
You may be able to find a third-party plugin that can accomplish this, but it’s not a feature ours currently has or that’s on the immediate roadmap. That said if you wanted to make a request for it on our UserVoice page, we’ll definitely take it into consideration as we plan future releases.

ParticipantHey there lengay,
Sorry you were having trouble paying with Stripe. Have you had trouble elsewhere with Stripe payments or was it just our site? Sometimes corporate cards can be funny that way. Did you contact your card company to see what assistance they might be able to provide? We really don’t have much to do with the actual card processing part of the transaction; that’s between Stripe and your card company. You’re likely to have much better luck if you contact one of them directly.
If they do tell you that it is something wrong with our site, please get back to us so we can get it corrected. And we don’t currently offer PayPal as an option.
Sorry again for your troubles.
