Hello, I’m not sure I’ve seen an answer to this question yet in the forums. I am considering purchasing the pro version, mainly for the reoccuring events feature. I’m wondering the following:
can I have the calendar view, say in a nav link, that appears as a weekly view, and have the events list that appears on a sidebar display as a daily view?
Is the minicalendar option something you get in the pro version? I couldn’t find it. Essentially, I’m working on a restaurant website, where I would like an end user to be able to go to the events page and see perhaps a weekly or monthly view of their food, drink and kareoke schedules, but in a page with a sidebar enabled have that reflect that actual day’s food and drink specials, with an accompanying picture.

That sounds really neat. What is displayed depends on which template you choose, but I think what you’re looking for is doable. Adding the pictures would be the trickiest part and would require a slight bit of customization. It could be done, but not out of the box. I’m not sure how comfortable you are with making customizations yourself, but it shouldn’t be too hard.

Wow, thanks for such a quick response. I’m fairly good with CSS so I think I’ll give it a try. Speaking of just the sidebar widget, can you select any of the pro views such as photo, etc.?

There are a few widgets you can put in the sidebar. They are an events list, a calendar, a countdown timer, and a list of events at a featured venue. We do not have a sidebar widget for a photo view.
