    Hey perthmorrismen,

This behavior seems to be quite specific to your setup. We’ve not been able to replicate it here. Have you tried a different browser or a different machine? I’m not sure there’s much more I can do to help you at this point.

    Hey mcovington3gmailcom,

That’s not something that’s currently a setting in the plugin, but it would be possible to do with a bit of tweaking of the code. If it’s something you want to tackle yourself, you might find the information in the Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) and Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/) helpful. You could also suggest it as a Feature Idea over at (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas) to get it on our radar for development. It does seem like it would be useful for more than just yourself.

    Does that work for you?

    Hey Matt,

Oh, one other thought for you. Would something like Zapier be helpful? Perhaps it could connect up a couple of different services to make a system that would work for you.

    Just a thought.

    Hey Matt,

You’ve got a very specific situation that you’ve outlined there. (Nice job on thinking it through!) But I’m afraid that our plugin is a simple calendaring plugin and doesn’t have many of the features you indicated you need. There might be an off-the-shelf solution out there for you, but I’m not familiar with it. To me, what you’ve described sounds like custom work that would require a web developer to implement.

I’m sorry we’re not able to meet your needs. Good luck with your search!

(P.S. If you’re want to inquire about developers and what it might cost, you could try contacting WerkPress or The Mighty Mo! to see what they’d say about it.)

    Hey Shaun,

The quick answer is no. It’s designed only to import from Facebook to WordPress at the present time. However, I’m pretty sure this has been mentioned before over on our Feature Ideas page (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas). If you’d like to give it a vote or two, that helps get it on our radar for development.

    Hey nikolajmogensen,

You should just be able to put it at the end of the month.php file like this: https://cloudup.com/cBA0WOpnwg7 to have it show up like this: https://cloudup.com/cxbpMgXtPyn

Is that what you need to keep going?

    Hey perthmorrismen,

OK, a bunch of questions here. Windows or Mac or Linux? Which operating system are your using? Which browser? Do you have a download manager in place? Antivirus or malware checker?Anything else that you can think of that might be relevant as far as your setup?

That download message at the bottom of the screen is not something we control, but maybe we can figure out why it’s picking up the wrong version.

    Hey lvnilesh,

Hmmm… let me test it out again and get back to you. I thought we had tried that, so I’m going to check it out one more time. I’ll get back to you tomorrow with with an update. I apologize for the delay.

    Hey robpoole,

If you’ve found the edit-event.php file then look for this code: https://cloudup.com/cSUYyWmjXb5 Can you see on lines 25-26 where I added some text? You can see how it displays here: https://cloudup.com/co7Dnp7NeaQ Is that what you were looking for?

    Hey indizio,

We haven’t been able to identify a common cause on this issue, and actually we think that it’s likely caused by a number of factors. We are interested in helping you further. Have you tried disabling all other plugins and reverting to the default Twenty Twelve theme? Did that make a difference?

    Hey bernhardprange,

Just wanted to let you know that we’ve tested this and taken a closer look and, depending on which URL you are referring to, it seems to be working for me. And after talking to the developers even if it was completely broken, we feel that it’s such a low volume issue that can easily be corrected (albeit manually) that it’s not worth our effort to address it at this time. If you disagree, I’d encourage you to add it to our Feature Idea page (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas) where if it gets enough votes, it gets on our radar to address.

We appreciate your understanding and hope this doesn’t inconvenience you too much.

    Hey efromdc,

In case you missed it elsewhere:

Just a quick update that we’re aware the situation is not ideal but we’re planning to make further changes/improvements to help address this. We’ll be making some changes that should be available in an upcoming maintenance release. We appreciate your understanding and patience on this – hang in there!

    Hey lvnilesh,

OK, here’s what we found when we tried to replicate the issue. With The Events Calendar + Eventbrite Tickets plugins, organizer information beyond the name is not passed from WordPress to Eventbrite. So we were able to replicate it and it appears to be functioning as designed, which may not be the answer you were hoping for. If there is a matching name already in Eventbrite it will use information from that existing organizer, so while you may have to add the URL over there, you should only have to enter it once for each organizer. If you need help doing that, the Eventbrite support team will be happy to help you out.

    Does that make sense?

    Hey amandaveeenhuis,

Right now the way Events Calendar PRO handles recurring events, yes, you would have to enter Sunday separately from the rest. We considered recurring events has having a regular structure when we built it. However, our users, like yourself, have made it clear that the world is not so neat and we are actively working on what I’ll call “irregular recurrence” for events. So while you might need to enter this as essentially two separate events at the current time, that may change at some point in an upcoming release.

    Does that make sense?
