    Hi Nathan,

Thanks for your interest in the WooCommerce: Tickets add-on. The answer to your questions is:

    YES!

People can add as many tickets to their cart as they’d like and complete the transaction only once. Since tickets are really just a product type in WooCommerce, your cart should behave the same way with our tickets as it would with any other product you’re selling.

Since you asked a clear question, I hope I gave a clear answer. If not, or if you have more, please let me know!

    Hi Danilo,

Thanks for offering to help us with translations! We don’t currently have translations in the languages you indicated for the following products. We’d sure like some help.

    Spanish

    • WooCommerce Tickets

    Catalan

    • Community Events
    • Eventbrite Tickets
    • Facebook Events
    • WooCommerce Tickets

    Italian

    • Facebook Events

If you’d like to find out more, we ask that you email us directly at pro (at) tri.be. There’s also some great information over at https://theeventscalendar.com/faqs/can-i-translate-your-plugins-to-my-language/ if you haven’t seen it already.

We hope to hear from you soon!

Muchas gracias! (in a northern USA accent)

    Hi Stacey,

Good news! Both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO (and the Community Events, Eventbrite Tickets, and WooCommerce Tickets plugins too) can be translated to both English and French.

To get the plugin to work on both your English and French sites, you could purchase one license but install the plugin on both sites. You’ll have to attach the license to just one site (say the English site), but you can install the plugin on the other one too (the French site). It just won’t get automatic updates. You’ll have to do that manually by downloading it from our website and reinstalling it. You’ll still get access to the support and forums that way too.

Let me know if I’ve understood this correctly, or more especially, if I haven’t. If you have any other questions, please ask!

    Hi Joel,

That poster board look is really cool. And yes, we do have something similar in Events Calendar PRO. We call it the Photo View. It’s fluid and flexible and responsive. It also gives you the ability to add photos to the “poster board”, but if you don’t have photos, it works with just text too.

You can see a screenshot at https://theeventscalendar.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/photo_view.png.

To be clear, you’ll need the Events Calendar PRO plugin for that feature, not just the Events Calendar plugin.

If you have any other questions, please ask!
