ParticipantHey Brian,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I just did some tests and was able to see the ticket email sent to my email upon order completion. As a first step here, since other emails are being received, would be to try our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with another plugin or your active theme here.
Let me know if this turns up anything here.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Steve,
Thanks for reaching out on this one.
I took a look at our ticket for this one and it looks like it is currently going through QA to be release with our next maintenance release which should be some time next week.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Sylvie,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Using multiple tickets might get a little tricky here particularly when it comes to managing stock for the tickets. One workaround that I can think of would be to have coupons that allow for a price reduction for members. You could then use a members only style shortcode to hide the coupon code from regular visitors and only show for members.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

Take a look at this plugin and let me know if it works for what you’re trying to accomplish here https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-max-quantity/
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Dennis,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
If I’m understanding you correctly, it sounds like you could accomplish what you’re looking for using our iCal Importer plugin. With this you can set a recurring import on your external sites from the main site.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Christofer,
Sorry for the confusion there. I was assuming you were looking for a filter based solution for the custom field there.
To have the default search include searching of custom fields, you could try a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-everything/ to bring a little more power to that search field.
Let me know if this helps.
THanks!
February 9, 2016 at 7:15 am in reply to: Events Calendar: Membership site (user permissions) & Time Zones #1070268Josh
ParticipantHey Janet,
The events wouldn’t localize depending on where the user was located. To have that, you would need to create individual events for the different locations and set the timezone for that location.
Let me know if this makes sense.
Thanks!
February 9, 2016 at 7:11 am in reply to: Time not showing in first instance of recurring events #1070266Josh
ParticipantHey Nancy,
Thanks for providing this screenshot!
Tested again but was still unable to recreate the issue with similar settings.
A couple more quick questions:
- Can you verify that you’re using the latest versions of all Events Calendar related plugins?
- Have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with your current theme or another plugin?
Thanks!
Josh

ParticipantHey Dan,
No problem! I’ll leave this ticket open in case there are further questions/issues when looking into this approach.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Tony,
Ah! Wouldn’t have the same dashboard file permission reset I was thinking about then 🙂
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Helena,
Thanks for following up.
I was thinking there was a potential conflict here with other loops on the page for that particular widget area. A next step would be to follow our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict here with another plugin or a conflict with the current theme.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Hugh,
Thanks for following up with this information.
I’m doing some testing trying to replicate now. One question, based on a potential issue I’m noticing, when you created the tickets for the event the very first time, did you create them as donation tickets?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Ben,
I took a look in our internal ticket for this particular issue but didn’t see anything about potential update release.
I followed up there and will let you know what I hear back on this one.
I apologize for the inconvenience of this particular issue and appreciate your patience.
Thanks!
February 9, 2016 at 6:30 am in reply to: Theatre events proving complex to schedule as recurring events. #1070242Josh
ParticipantHey Abby,
Thanks for following up! This definitely helps to clarify things here!
One note, I did update the previous snippet (although it isn’t too helpful for what you’re trying to accomplish) in case anyone else came across this thread for that particular feature.
It looks like we could potentially grab the end date information from the “_EventRecurrence” meta for the primary event id for the recurring series. Will need to do a little bit of testing to pull together a snippet for you here.
Thanks!
