Having a problem with tickets not being mailed out. Odd thing is that when I go to woo commerce–>settings–> emails All items will say send to Customer except for the Tickets line, it is blank.
I have gone through the form and it seems every thread has different solutions but no one ever replies to say if it worked.
The order are marked as complete. The receipts are being sent and received. Just the etickets are not going out.
I just did some tests and was able to see the ticket email sent to my email upon order completion. As a first step here, since other emails are being received, would be to try our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with another plugin or your active theme here.
