ParticipantUpcoming Events look great except when one clicks to READ MORE from the page or widget. The single event page is just an image with text, no styling? My site is in coming soon mode so a url link won’t help.
Also on my event list page my address is kind of wonky? The Venue name is not on top of address but to the left bottom?
Sorry, I’m not a code type person at all!
Thank you,

ParticipantHey KC,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
A lot of this type of stuff can be controlled by your active theme. You can check the difference by switching to a default WordPress theme.
To possibly help with some of the issues you are seeing though, would you mind sharing what theme you’re currently using as well as possibly some screenshots of the issues you’re describing?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Kc,
Thanks for following up here.
Looking at the screenshots, it definitely looks like there are some customizations here in the theme. Personally, looking at some of the sections (particularly the bottom section) they appear to be displaying as designed and look pretty good to me.
However, take a look at your theme’s style.css file for “tribe-events…” type triggers or, if there is a “tribe-events” folder within the theme look at a “tribe-events.css” file there.
There you can review the styles that have been applied and modify to get them to display as you would like.
Without a direct link to the site, it would be difficult for me to provide specific snippets here for addressing these particular issues.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Kelli,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
There is this knowledgebase article that will help you in moving the ticket form on your events page. As far as the rest of the layout from the example site, I unfortunately can’t give you a snippet or code example for gettting that layout since it is controlled by the theme the user is currently using on their site. The same as the customization (compared to the default way our events display) are managed by the theme you’re currently using on your site.
If you provide a link to your site I can give you some CSS that should get the venue displaying as you like. I can’t login to your site due to a strict policy that we have here about logging into customer sites. But I should be able to get you what you’re looking for by seeing the front-end of the site live.
Thanks!
