KeymasterHi Chris,
It’s a little bit strange that your staging site is working whereas the live site still has a problem. Can you confirm both versions have exactly the same plugins activated, with the exact same versions?
Also, we released yesterday new versions for The Events Calendar (4.6.19) and Events Calendar PRO (4.4.28). Could you update your website with those recent versions? Maybe that would help solving your issue.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Henning,
Indeed, the options to move the ticket form via the settings are limited. However, you could probably tweak it to do exactly what you are looking for.
Just to set expectations, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide as a starting point.
As an alternative you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I noticed there are quite a lot of plugins installed on your website and there might be a conflict somewhere. Can you deactivate all plugins (except for The Events Calendar ones) and see if that makes a difference? Then, can you switch back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and check again? Ideally, you would run those tests on a staging environment. Also, I would recommend you to read our Knowledgebase article about Testing for Conflicts before doing those tests. To help you troubleshoot that issue quickly, you can use a tool such as Plugin Detective.
Please let me know how it goes,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I had a look and your EA license is valid. So your problem might be cache-related. Could you install and activate a transient cleaner plugin such as this one?
Please let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I had a look at your System Information, and I noticed your versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are slightly outdated. Could you upgrade TEC from 4.6.14.1 to 4.6.18, and PRO from 4.4.25 to 4.4.27?
Furthermore, I noticed your PHP version (5.5.37) is below our minimum required PHP version (5.6). So if you could upgrade that too, your website should perform better.
Please let me know how it goes,

KeymasterDear Henning,
There is actually an easier way to change the location of the ticket form on the single event page: you can find an option for this under Events –> Settings –> Tickets (cf this article on our Knowledgebase).
Does this help?
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

In order to get the navigation links at the bottom of your list view, you can add the following snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.tribe-events-list #tribe-events-footer .tribe-events-sub-nav {
display: block;
}I hope this helps.

Could you try to add the following snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, and tell me if that makes a difference?
.sidebar .tribe-mini-calendar-event .list-date {
padding: 2px;
}
I hope this helps,

KeymasterHi Kat,
Welcome back on our Help Desk 😉
I’m not sure what happened there… but we’ll keep this ticket open so that you can monitor the situation and let us know if weird things happen again.

KeymasterHi Ron,
If you want both english and portuguese on your website, you would need WPML (or another multilingual plugin such as Polylang), because by default, WordPress does not support multilingual websites. Please note the difference between having a translated version of a plugin (having your calendar displayed exlusively in portuguese for instance) and a multilingual website (let your visitors choose between the portuguese and the english version of your calendar, for instance).
Thank you for the remark regarding that broken link in our Knowledgebase! We’re going to fix it.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Jeffrey,
Could you then share with me the System Information of the hunterscreekcountryclub’s website? (you can paste it in your reply and set that reply as “Private”).
Thanks in advance,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Well, it seems there’s a conflict somewhere. Could you try to deactivate all plugins (except for TEC and PRO) to see if that makes a difference? Also, could you switch back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and have a look again at your upcoming events?
I’d recommend you to read our article about how to test for conflicts first. You can also use a tool such as Plugin Detective to make things easier.
Please let me know how it goes.
