KeymasterHi Joe,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ๐
Yes, you can increase the number of events which are displayed in the upcoming events widget. In order to do so, you may add this snippet in your child theme’s functions.php file.
I hope this helps,

KeymasterHi bar817,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ๐
Did you use the [tribe_events] shortcode to display your events? Or are you talking about the default events page?
Also, does your events page display properly when you deactivate the Elementor plugin? And what happens if you switch back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) โ can you see your calendar?
Waiting for your reply,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi marmop,

I don’t know why but it seems your theme was hiding the calendar navigation on smaller screen. To fix this issue, you should try to add the following css snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
@media screen and (max-width: 640px) { .tribe-events-notices + #tribe-events-headerย { display:ย block; } }Please let me know if that helps.

KeymasterHi Emma,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ๐
In order to do so, could you share your System Information with me?
There must be a conflict somewhere. Do you have a staging website where you could run some tests to find where the conflict comes from?
Also, can you make sure you have the latest version of our plugins installed?

The bug you are referring to is actually a known bug. Our developers will work on it but for now, I can’t give you a release date for the bug fix.
However, I’ve added this ticket to the bug report and I’m going to set this ticket as “Pending fix” so that we can warn you as soon as the problem is solved ๐
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

KeymasterHi sharrq,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
There’s no option to hide those information in the back-office, but you canย hide them with some CSS in the admin. You can do that with one of these snippets:
http://css-tricks.com/snippets/wordpress/apply-custom-css-to-admin-area/ย orย http://wp-snippets.com/custom-admin-css/ย โ then just find the elements you want to hide and usedisplay: noneto hide them.ย http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/adminimize/ย might also help in hiding the actual menu items.I hope that helps!

It’s weird that you see two boxes for venues… There might be a conflict somewhere. Did you deactivate all other plugins? Did that make a difference? And if you switch back to the default theme Twenty Seventeen, do you still have the same problem?

KeymasterHi Krissi,
I ran hourly imports, and events in the ical feed were properly imported (88 events imported the first time and then updated).
I still haven’t gotten your System Information, could you share it please?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy

Did you up update both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO? Do you know which versions you updated from? (the previous ones or some oldest ones?).
It sounds like it’s a bug but I would need to investigate further and your feedback would help me to do so.
Cheers,
