KeymasterHi Lynnette,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Do you have a staging environment, where you could install a clone of your website, with the latest version of Events Calendar PRO activated? That way I could understand better the problems you’re referring to.
Also, could you share your System Information with me?

KeymasterHi Krissi,
There might have been a problem as I didn’t get your System Information. Can you copy the System Information in Events → Help and paste it as a reply to this thread? (you should set your reply as “Private”).
Meanwhile, I’ll be running hourly imports with your calendar, and I will let you know the results.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Krissi,

In order to do so, could you share your System Information with me?
Thanks in advance,

KeymasterHi,
I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue!
Can you try configuring the Health Check plugin, which can essentially mimic a bare WordPress install without having to switch themes and deactivate plugins?
Also can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes!
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks for your interest in our plugin!
Yes, we do have a Nonprofit Partnership Program. It grants free and/or discounted subscriptions for Events Calendar Pro or Event Tickets Plus to approved organizations.
Once you’ve read the documentation about this program, you can apply by filling out this form.
I hope this helps,

KeymasterHi Luke,
I’m sorry I misunderstood your question!
Yes, it is possible to display the list of attendees on the front-end of the Event single page. It’s actually easy to do so, you just need to check the Show attendees list on event page checkbox in the ticket settings (cf the documentation here).
So I can confirm, given your needs, you would need the following premium plugins:
- Event Tickets Plus
- Events Calendar PRO
- Filter Bar
Please let me know if you have further questions 🙂

KeymasterHi Jamie,
Thank you for your screenshot and your links.
Well, I successfully imported your calendar (by importing the ics file and also by connecting to Google Calendar), so the problem doesn’t come from this file.
I noticed you don’t have the latest version of WordPress installed. Could you update from 4.9.5 to 4.9.7, and see if that makes a difference?
If not, it might mean there’s a conflict somewhere on your website. Did you try to deactivate all plugins (except for The Events Calendar) and switch back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen), following our documentation about testing for conflicts?
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Welcome back on our Help Desk!
No, there aren’t any option to configure for the iCal export to work. It seems there is a conflict somewhere on your website. Did you deactivate all plugins except for the Events Calendar ones, following our documentation about testing for conflicts? And did you switch back to the default theme, Twenty Seventeen?
If you don’t have access to a staging environment, you can do tests using a tool such as Health Check or Plugin Detective.
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
The problem only happens when the core plugin of WooCommerce is activated, right?
This issue might be due to your web hosting. Could you contact your web host company and try to upgrade some settings, in order to have the following values?
memory_limit = 256M upload_max_size = 64M post_max_size = 64M upload_max_filesize = 64M max_execution_time = 300 max_input_time = 1000
Please let me know hot it goes,

KeymasterHi Luke,
I’m glad you already managed to build about 80% of the functionality you needed with our plugins 🙂 Thank you for sharing your prototype by the way.
To answer your questions:
- You should be able to set a price for an Event thanks to Event Tickets (be sure Tribe Commerce is enable in the settings). You could also upgrade to Event Tickets Plus to use your favorite e-commerce provider and sell tickets directly through your WordPress site using WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.
- By default, RSVP is set to 0, and to change that, you would need to do some customization to our plugin.
- You could easily create additional fields with Events Calendar PRO.
- You could add filters to the Events list page thanks to our Filter Bar plugin.
- You can use a shortcode to display a list of attendees.
- The documentation about our REST API is here:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/introduction-events-calendar-rest-api/
- cf 6.
- cf 6.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
