    Hi,

    Yes it’s a good idea to test it, and if it doesn’t suit your needs you can always ask for a refund within 30 days 🙂

    If you upgrade from a Personal License to a Business license but are stuck because Event Tickets Plus doesn’t work, you’ll get your money back.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Luc,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

    It happens, sometimes, that the map displays no event and is centered on the coast of Africa.

    In order to troubleshoot this issue, you should have a look at our documentation.

    Basically, there are a few steps to follow:

    • did you add your API key under Events –> Settings –> APIs?
    • could you try to “Fix venues data” by clicking on that button in Events → Settings→ Map Settings?
    • if that doesn’t change anything, could you use coordinates in Events → Venues? (edit one of the venues – you will find an option to use latitude and longitude coordinates)

    Please let me know how it goes,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Timothy,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

    In order to do so, could you share your System Information?

    Also I have a question, did you upgrade other plugins on the day you upgrade your Events Calendar plugins?

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    It has not already been implemented, but we are thinking of it — the feature request on User Voice is getting quite popular. Thanks for voting by the way!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

    Unfortunately, Event Tickets Plus currently does not support WPML. The good news is that we are currently working at expanding compatibility and hope to add support for the rest of our premium add-ons in the near future.

    In case you would like to test Event Tickets Plus on your website, please note that you could get a full refund within 30 days of payment if it doesn’t suit your needs.

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

    It seems you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/4157351-date-range-picker

    Please do add your vote there as this allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

    Otherwise, the only way to filter events in a certain period would be to customize our plugin. To get started, I would recommend you to have a look at our documentation about customizing the plugins. If you prefer to hire a freelancer to tweak the plugin for you, we have a list of freelancers.

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Jamie,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

    Could you go to Events > Help > Event Aggregator System Status (at the bottom of the page) and take a screenshot of that page?

    Regarding the Google Calendar you tried to pull events from, was it a public or private calendar?

    Could you send me the .ics file so I could test it locally?

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Stacey,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    If you have a PRO or a Community Events license, could you then log in with the account you have used to purchase our plugin? That way, you could get the premium support.

    To answer your question, “Welcome to Libero” might be your theme’s default page title. You could hide it by using some css.

    For “color blue” are you referring to the submit button? This one can also be changed via css. If you reach our Premium Help Desk, then we could give you a snippet to fix your website 🙂

    Regarding our aggregator tool, you would need indeed to buy a license for Event Aggregator.

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

    Your theme applies a style on the first element of each table within your website, which therefore overrides the calendar’s styles.

    In order to offset it, you can try to add the following snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    table.tribe-events-calendar td:first-child, table th:first-child {
        font-family: inherit;
        font-size: inherit;
    }

    Please let me know how it goes.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Sarah,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

    If you want to hide all images from your event list on the home page, then you can try to add the following snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .home .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image img {
        display: none;
    }

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers,

    Hi Robert,

    Unfortunately, I can’t give you an estimated timeline yet.

    Please note however that a refund of the full amount is still possible within 30 days of your renewal payment.

    Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy
