    Hi Jan,

Ok, I see what you mean. Well, this is purely a css issue — you wouldn’t have to touch any php file to reproduce a similar style as the html structure should be identical in both sites you showed me.

In Events > Settings > Display tab, you can select Tribe Events Styles as your Default stylesheet used for events templates. That way, your calendar would look a lot more like the one on our demo site 🙂

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

There aren’t any setting to split the ticket table, however it would be possible to do it with some custom coding.

You could either customize the php templates used to display that table (see your Themer’s Guide for more information about how to do this) or you could write some additional css in your theme, maybe using flexbox.

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Jan,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

If you go to Events > Settings > Display tab, you can Enable event views (make sure the List view is selected). Then you can select your Default view — once again, make sure List view is chosen).

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers,

    Hi Mathew,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

As I said in the thread opened by Bella in which you participated, this is a known bug and our developers will work on it.

I added this ticket to the bug report and I’m setting this thread as “Pending fix” so that we could warn you when the issue is resolved.

Thanks a lot for your patience and understanding,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

Indeed, the theme you showed me modified the way the events page are displayed. Did you try to change your Events template in Events > Settings > Display tab? If the different options there don’t suit your needs, then you would have to do some customizations on our templates.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Bella and Mathew,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.

It is a known bug, so I added this ticket to the bug report. I’m going to set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” as well. That way, we can notify you as soon as a fix is released. At this time though, I can’t give you a release date, but I can guarantee our developers will do their best to solve this.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Luke,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins!

We don’t have any specific integration built for BuddyPress but there are no known conflicts between the plugins, so they should work smoothly alongside. There’s a third-party plugin that integrates The Events Calendar with BuddyPress → https://wplift.com/plugin/buddypress-events-calendar.

Basically I’d say you need to test this out for yourself, while we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Hugh,

Thank you for having shared your System Information 🙂

However I didn’t notice anything obvious which could explain your problem. So, as a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    • A conflict with another plugin
    • A conflict with your WordPress theme
    • A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Seventeen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    • Make a backup of your database
    • Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi icekun91,

Thank you for that clarification 🙂

Indeed, the URL you shared shows a demo website using our plugin, The Events Calendar. However, it is a premium theme called Eventica, whereas you are using the Rigid theme.

With some customization, it would be possible to reproduce Eventica’s styles for your Events view, but if you really like Eventica’s theme, I would recommend you to get this one instead of your actual theme.

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Melanie,

I’m very sorry we couldn’t meet your needs.

Would you like to exchange your Event Tickets Plus license for another plugin from The Events Calendar, such as Events Calendar PRO, Filter Bar or any other of the same value?

Otherwise, we do offer 30 day refunds. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

Once again, thank you very much for your patience.

    Hi Dom,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

Could you give me an example of an additional field you’ve created, and the URL of an event which has this additional field?

Also, could you share your System Information with me?

    Thanks in advance,
    Jeremy
