KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins!
Basically, our licenses can be used on dev/staging sites without it counting toward your license’s maximum allowed sites if its domain name is clearly a dev or staging site. For more information about how this works, I would recommend you to read this article on our Knowledgebase.
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi icekun91,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I’m wondering, where does this screenshot come from? Is it from your theme?
You may head to Events > Settings > Display tab, and choose “Default Page Template” as your “Events template“. Does that change anything?
If your theme doesn’t have a special template for your events pages, I would recommend you to follow our Themer’s Guide so you could customize our templates.
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

In order to do so, could you share your System Information with me? (you can set your reply as “Private”).

KeymasterHi jskk123,
I come back to you with some news. Well, my colleague Andras tested this and he could confirm it’s a glitch / bug.
It looks like, as he suspected, it uses the php timezone to check for the actual week, which is not what we would expect.
We opened a ticket for that and we’ll set this ticket as “Pending fix”, so that we could warn you as soon as the problem is resolved (at this point, I can’t give you a release date).
Thank you very much for your understanding and continued support,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Anthea,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin!
Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent double event schedules. Two events can share the same date and the same time.
Feel free to ask if you have other questions 🙂

KeymasterHi Claudia,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you ?
There is actually a banner on top of the Event Aggregator product page which warns about the Facebook issue, but maybe we should repeat that message somewhere else.
Anyway, we really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you are more interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Ronald,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins!
If you’ve got events that occur on a schedule, you may want to use the Recurring Events feature which is available in our Events Calendar PRO plugin. This would allow you to set up monthly, weekly, or custom recurring events 🙂
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Amanda,
With the Divi theme, here is how you can get the sidebar back: you should head to Events > Settings > Display tab, and then, select Default Page template as your Events template.
This should solve your problem.
Let me know if it worked or not!

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you.
My first advice indeed would be to not make changes at 2:00 am, especially on a Friday night 🙂
Whether the sidebar is displayed or not depends a lot on your theme, especially if you display your calendar using a shortcode on a page. What theme are you using? Does it have different templates? Sometimes, you’ll have the choice between a default layout and a full-width layout, the latter being used to display a page without the sidebar. So make sure your calendar pages don’t use a full-width layout or anything similar.
Also, make sure your widgets are placed in the appropriate sidebar, as themes usually have different sidebar zones to choose from.
Please let me know how it goes,

KeymasterHi Hendrik,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin!
To answer your question, yes, it is possible to import events from another website using The Events Calendar as well (in your WordPress back-office, for Import Origin, you will have to select the Other URL option).
Please let me know if you have some other questions.

KeymasterHi Marco,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin!
I’m glad you found an answer to your question. Thank you by the way for having shared that solution publicly!
I’m closing this thread but feel free to start a new one if you have further questions 🙂

KeymasterHi Claire,
I’m glad the CSS I gave you solved your problem on the Upcoming Events sidebar widget 🙂
The CSS I gave you has no effect on the calendar widget. The problem comes from your theme, as there’s an overall style for table cells which overrides our calendar’s style. In order to offset it, you may add the following snippet in your Additional CSS:
.tribe-mini-calendar td.mobile-trigger { padding: 2px; }I hope this helps,

KeymasterHi jskk123,
I’m not sick anymore so I’m taking over 🙂
It’s nice you managed to update your php timezone following Andras’ advice. We could then debrief on Monday.
Enjoy your weekend!

KeymasterHi John,
In case you’d prefer someone to tweak the plugin for you, we can recommend this list of freelancers: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/.
Or if you’re doing it by yourself and struggle a little bit along the way, feel free to ask more questions 🙂
Have a nice day,
