ParticipantHello! I am using Event Tickets Plus for the first time, and have uploaded my first ticket here https://www.bantergroup.com.au/training/social-media-essentials/
Sorry I am very confused with how to change the look of your plugin? Your Features list states “Style the ticket box using custom templates” – can you please explain how to do that. I’m not at all happy with how the tickets look on the page. I’ve looked through the Screenshots on your website here https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/ and I’m not seeing a lot of the Settings you describe.

When you say you don’t see a lot of the Settings we describe, could you be a little bit more specific? Which settings can you see on a Screenshot that you don’t see on your website?
For small style changes, you may have to go through the css files. Alternatively you can modify the layout of the different templates by customizing the template files. I would recommend you to read our Themer’s Guide to know more about it.
If you want to hire someone to tweak the plugin for you, we can recommend a list of freelancers.

In light of the fact that to customise the look of this plugin is way beyond my capabilities, and the fact the tickets aren’t being received (see my other Support Ticket submitted), am I able to request a refund? Unfortunately I don’t think this plugin is going to suit our needs.

Would you like to exchange your Event Tickets Plus license for another plugin from The Events Calendar, such as Events Calendar PRO, Filter Bar or any other of the same value?
