ParticipantHi,
We have been running with Events tickets just fine for some time, and it has suddenly started throwing 500 errors. I have gone through attempting to find conflicts, and it is throwing errors when loads of our plugs are activated:
Pagebuilder
MailChimp for Woocommerce
Onepress Plus
WP-MailThe list goes on. We can’t edit or create any events without getting a 500 error, nor can we edit or create any page types (e.g. Posts) that RSVPs are permitted on.
I have removed and re-installed the plugin via the WordPress Plugins manager with no success. I am at a loss what to try next, can you help?

ParticipantI have narrowed it down to Woocommerce, I only get the 500 error when the Woocommerce plugin is active (which is kind of required!).
I have removed and re-installed Woocommerce without success.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out toĀ us! I’d be happy to help you š
The problem only happens when the core plugin of WooCommerce is activated, right?
This issue might be due to your web hosting. Could you contact your web host company and try to upgrade some settings, in order to have the following values?
memory_limit = 256M upload_max_size = 64M post_max_size = 64M upload_max_filesize = 64M max_execution_time = 300 max_input_time = 1000
Please let me know hot it goes,
Cheers,

ParticipantWe’ve tried that with no success, it seems to now also be throwing errors when Woocommerce is not active. Do you have any other suggestions?

KeymasterHi,
Iām sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue!
Can you try configuring theĀ Health CheckĀ plugin, which can essentially mimic a bare WordPress install without having to switch themes and deactivate plugins?
Also can youĀ please enableĀ WP_DEBUGĀ andĀ WP_DEBUG_LOGĀ and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes!
Cheers,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
