KeymasterHi,
Where do you actually see the setting “Closing time of the end of the day”? Could you send me a screenshot of that setting?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi James,
We don’t know yet how we’ll approach this problem, but don’t worry, we’ll let you know when a future version will correct this π

KeymasterHi,
Yes that was a little bit strange but I’m glad your website is working fine now!
I’m going to close this ticket then but feel free to open a new one if the problem reoccurs or if you have further concerns.

KeymasterHi Ashley,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
And thanks a lot for your screencast, that helps a lot!
Could you export your events (via Tools > Export > Events) so that I could import your recurring events series and compare it with other recurring events before reporting a bug?
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi James,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
And thanks for pointing out this issue π
It feels like it’s a bug indeed, but it’s a little bit tricky given international considerations. Anyway, I’m going to mention it to my team, and I will let you know once I have some feedback.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for the clarification π
Regarding the WP export, could you make a zip file and upload it via the forum thread? (there should be an upload button)

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We actually have a free extension that you might find useful: it’s the one which allows you to change the labels for “events”, “venues” and “organizers” π
Here’s the link:Β https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/change-labels-events-venues-organizers/
I hope this helps,

KeymasterThanks for the clarification, I didn’t understand in the first place π
Indeed, that’s not normal. There might be a conflict somewhere. Could you try to deactivate all plugins (except for The Events Calendar ones) and try again? Then, could you switch back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) to see if that makes a difference? You should read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Please let me know what you find during the process.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
I visited your website but couldn’t notice your problem. I used Chrome, and I could see the picture view displayed properly β I could see your event with a picture without having to refresh the page. Does the picture appear if you wait a bit longer? Do you have the same problem with another browser such as Safari if you’re using a Mac?
Also, could you share your System InformationΒ with me?
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
Could you give me the link to the Google Calendar you’re trying to import, so I could test it locally?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
Did you do some plugin (other than The Events Calendar) or theme updates recently? Your problem might be due to a conflict. Could you deactivate all plugins (except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO) to see if that makes a difference? Then, could you revert back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and check again the display of the time? I’d recommend you to read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Paula,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
I visited your website and every time I clicked on one of your events, I landed on a 404 page (page not found). Is is a new problem?
Regarding theΒ HTTP Error 500, when do you encounter that error exactly? Just after you publish a new recurring event?
Could you try to deactivate all your other plugins, and check if you still have the same issue? (first, you may want to read our documentation about testing for conflicts).
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
