ParticipantHello,
Since yesterday we have a problem with the display of the time of the events. When editing the event, the times are correct, but when they are displayed in the calendar / widget / event, they are incorrect. We have not made any changes and the extensions are up to date. You can see these problems on our pages:
– https://trailpei.re/ (widget)
– https://trailpei.re/course/trois-bassinoise/ (event)Thank you for your help in resolving this problem.

ParticipantHello,
The problem is still not solved, thank you for your assistance.
Looking at the settings of the plugin, I have the impression that there is a problem with the setting “Closing time of the end of the day”. The information in the listbox is not consistent (eg 0 12 00 07007; 1 12 00 07007 …)
Thank you for your help because all the display of our events is bad now

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Did you do some plugin (other than The Events Calendar) or theme updates recently? Your problem might be due to a conflict. Could you deactivate all plugins (except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO) to see if that makes a difference? Then, could you revert back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and check again the display of the time? I’d recommend you to read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,

ParticipantHello Jeremy,
Thank you for the answer.
I did the tests to disable the plugins and change the theme but the problem is not solved.
I have the impression that this problem of time display comes from the field “Closing time of the end of the day” (settings) because the data displayed in this listbox are false (eg 0 12 00 07007; 00 07007 …) and correspond to the wrong display of the time on the event. For the moment I am obliged to remove all the hours of the events to keep a clear display on the site.

KeymasterHi,
Where do you actually see the setting “Closing time of the end of the day”? Could you send me a screenshot of that setting?
Thanks in advance,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for the screenshot 🙂
Ok I see, in the English version it’s called “End of day cutoff”. What you see is strange, because on my local installation, I have the same version as you of The Events Calendar (4.6.20.1) and Events Calendar PRO (4.4.29.2), but that setting displays properly.
You said you came across that problem on July 25th. Do you remember if you updated a plugin on that day, or if you did anything special on your website?
I noticed you have W3 Total Cache — could you clear all the cache before doing the tests? Could you confirm you disabled all other plugins before doing the tests? When you changed the theme, did you try with Twenty Seventeen?
What you could do is to manually remove the Events Calendar plugins, before re-uploading them (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/). Make a backup of your website before doing it.
Please let me know if that changes something or not.
Cheers,
