ParticipantHere is a link to a screencast demonstrating the steps to recreate the issue, as well as the workaround I found to temporarily fix the issue (turn sound on): https://www.screencast.com/t/c2gi8xK2eXWe
Issue overview:
A recurring event, a theatre show, has been published with 8 individual events. After making an edit to the series, i.e. fix a typo in description, and then go and view the list of events, some of the events disappear! You can’t see them from the frontend or the Dashboard list of events (https://caspercollegearts.cc/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events). But if I go back to edit the series again, I can kind of see that all 8 events are still there. I found a workaround to make them re-appear, but the moment you go back to edit the series again, some of the listings disappear again (from both the Dashboard and frontend view of the site).
Troubleshooting so far:
1. Disable all plugins except Event Calendar plugins. Change theme to Twenty Seventeen. No conflict identified. 2. Enable error logging, went through steps to recreate the issue, and nothing entered in debug.log. 3. I enabled error logging from Events > Help and then went through the steps to trigger the issue, and nothing was logged in that file.Note:
Site is in maintenance mode because this is a live site. I can disable and/or provide login upon request. Also, I’ve been able to replicate the issue with that plugin active (when logged in). The “missing” events also don’t show up when logged out.July 30, 2018 at 8:30 am #1585896Jeremy
KeymasterHi Ashley,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
And thanks a lot for your screencast, that helps a lot!
Could you export your events (via Tools > Export > Events) so that I could import your recurring events series and compare it with other recurring events before reporting a bug?
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Jeremy: Glad the video made sense! I tried uploading the export you requested but I’m getting the error message “You can’t upload files of this type.” It is an .XML file. Please advise.

KeymasterHi Ashley,
Yes the video was great!
Well, could you then create a zip file containing your xml file and send it to me via this forum thread?
Thanks in advance,
