KeymasterHi again Josh ๐
Thanks for reaching out to us!
In order to add a background, you may add the following CSS snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.fusion-events-shortcode .fusion-events-meta { background-color: #fff; //or any other color you would like }I hope this helps,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ๐
I’m not sure you gave us the right link – I couldn’t see your website on that video.
Otherwise could you send me a screenshot, so I could understand better which part you would like to show in black instead of white?
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Josh,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ๐
Could you please send me the URL you’re trying to import, so I could test it locally?
Also, could you send me, in a private reply, your System Information?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Matt,
It seems the problem is related to the WooCommerce Multi Currency plugin. Did you contact the plugin author?
Please let me know his feedback if he replies,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ๐
This problem might be due to a conflict. Could you try to deactivate all plugins except for The Events Calendar, and see if that makes a difference? Also, could you revert back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and have a look again at your list view?
Please let me know what you find during the process.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The bug you mentioned is a bug we are aware of. Our developers are working on it, and a fix should be part of the next maintenance release. I canโt give you an exact date though. So Iโll mark this thread as โPending fixโ, that way we could warn you as soon as the problem is solved.
Thank you for your patience and understanding,
Jeremy

KeymasterHi Minda,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ๐
Are you referring to the “Events Image” box? If you can’t upload image from there, it means there’s probably a conflict somewhere. I would recommend you to follow our documentation about testing for conflicts.
Furthermore, could you share your System Information with me?

KeymasterHi Paula,
Yes it will be easier to move forward once we have GoDaddy’s feedback ๐

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ๐
I visited your website and I noticed the problem you are referring to. It happens sometimes that the map is centered in a random location in Africa. To help you troubleshoot the Google Maps, I would recommend you to follow the instructions on this page:ย https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-google-maps/
Please let me know if that helps,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you.
I’m sorry your previous ticket couldn’t be solved before it timed out.
In your Google Maps API settings, could you add scgardens.com/* (with no * in front of the domain name) as a referrer?
Also, I noticed you don’t have the latest version of Events Calendar PRO: could you update it to version 4.4.29.2? It’s always a good thing to be up-to-date ๐
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for the screenshot ๐
Okย I see, in the English version it’s called “End of day cutoff”. What you see is strange, because on my local installation, I have the same version as you of The Events Calendar (4.6.20.1) and Events Calendar PRO (4.4.29.2), but that setting displays properly.
You said you came across that problem on July 25th. Do you remember if you updated a plugin on that day, or if you did anything special on your website?
I noticed you have W3 Total Cache โ could you clear all the cache before doing the tests? Could you confirm you disabled all other plugins before doing the tests? When you changed the theme, did you try with Twenty Seventeen?
What you could do is to manually remove the Events Calendar plugins, before re-uploading them (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/). Make a backup of your website before doing it.
Please let me know if that changes something or not.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Ashley,
Yes the video was great!
Well, could you then create a zip file containing your xml file and send it to me via this forum thread?
Thanks in advance,
