KeymasterHi Frank,
You don’t need a valid license for the plugin to work. You can download the latest version of our plugins under My Account > Download, then upload them manually to your staging website.
Please let me know if you need further help.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
I’m glad you managed to fix the overlapping issue 🙂
I noticed you have the WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) installed on your website. Our plugins unfortunately do not have any special integration with this page builder so you might be limited using it. The Beaver Themer plugin on the other hand supports our plugins.
Please let me know if you have any other questions 🙂

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Could you send me a screenshot of your events overlapping, so that I could understand better and find a suitable solution?
There’s no built-in drag and drop view with our plugin, but that’s something page builders may help you with.

KeymasterHi Brandon,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Could you try to add the following CSS snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
@media screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .fusion-events-featured-image .fusion-events-single-title-content { position: relative; } }Please let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi Steven,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Indeed there was an issue with the shortcode, and that was fixed with the latest update of our plugins.
In order to change the background color of your featured events, you can add the following css snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.tribe-events-list .tribe-event-featured .featured { background-color: yellow; // or any other color you'd like there }I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi,
Thank you for sharing those links.
Do you have that “staying at 1 percent” issue with both links? I tried to import those calendars, I had no problem with the first one you gave me, but couldn’t import the holidays calendar. Could you verify the URL is correct?
The fact the Aggregator License belongs to someone else shouldn’t be a problem, as long as the issue is valid.
Also, did you try to import those calendars with all your other plugins deactivated? And did you try with the default theme (Twenty Seventeen)? (you can read our documentation about testing for conflicts here).
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Matt,
If this conflict only appeared after you added the css to the site, it must be a coincidence. The CSS I gave you only hides the price at the top of a single event, but it doesn’t interfere in any way with the WooCommerce Multi Currency plugin.
For instance, what happen if you remove
.tribe-events-schedule .tribe-events-cost {display:none;}? Does the dollar/pound symbol goes back to the left?Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
If it still doesn’t work, it’s possible there is a conflict somewhere. Could you try to deactivate all your other plugins to see if that makes a difference? Also, could you revert back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and check again your Google Maps?
I would recommend you to backup your website before doing those tests, and you may want to read the following articles from our knowledgebase:
Please let me know what you find during the process.

KeymasterHi,
Even though Avada promotes our theme, it’s a different company and issues could happen. So I would recommend you to go through our whole process about testing for conflicts, which includes testing with the default theme, on top of testing with other plugins deactivated.
In your case, it’s nice because you already have a staging website — it will make the tests easier to run as there won’t be any disruption to your live site.
Please let me know what you find during the process.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for the clarification 🙂
So you can add the following snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.tribe-events-adv-list-widget .tribe-event-featured a { color: #000; }I hope this helps,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Indeed that’s a little bit weird… Could you please send me a zip file containing your events (you can export them via Tools > Export > Events)?
Thanks in advance,
