KeymasterHi Erika,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
There might be a conflict somewhere. Does your mobile view works properly with the default theme? (Twenty Seventeen). If not, could you deactivate all other plugins and tell me if you still encounter the same issue? Please read carefully our documentation about Testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Also, could you share your System Information?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I’m glad to know your website seems to be working fine for now. In case this problem reoccurs, could you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? That will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages. If you could then share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue, that would help a lot!
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Caroline,
In the file I mentioned, venue details and venue address are called via two php functions: tribe_get_venue_details() and tribe_get_address().
However, it’s true you can make most of the changes you wanted via css. Do you need help to finalize your css?
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi William,
Thanks for your System Information.
Did you just update The Events Calendar plugins, or all you other plugins and your theme as well? Please make sure that all your other plugins are up-to-date.
In case you would like to do more tests but can’t make use of a staging site to test things there, you may consider using a plugin like Plugin Detective and/or Health Check, each of which provide a troubleshooting mode that aims to ensure your site will continue to operate as normal for regular visitors.
Also, could you please enable WP_DEBUG (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress) and WP_DEBUG_LOG (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#WP_DEBUG_LOG) ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Robert,
I tried both plugins on my local website and they worked together. Please make sure you have the latest version of Relabeler (version 1.0.1):Â https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/change-labels-events-venues-organizers/
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
In order to disable the Event clicks on the month view, you may add the following css snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.tribe-events-month a { pointer-events: none; }I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi Kellsey,
Thank you for your System Information.
Since you can’t make use of a staging site to test things there, you may consider using a plugin like Plugin Detective and/or Health Check, each of which provide a troubleshooting mode that aims to ensure your site will continue to operate as normal for regular visitors.
Regarding your other issue (the public can’t add new events), you may create a new thread so that it would be easier for us to help you.
Please let me know how it goes with Plugin Detective and/or Health Check.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
When did you notice your monthly mobile view stopped working properly? After the last update of our plugin?
Could you try to deactivate all other plugins to see if that makes a difference? And could you switch to the default theme? Please read carefully our documentation about Testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Also, could you share your System Information so that I could understand your setup better?
Thanks in advance,

KeymasterHi Brett,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Well, it may be due to a cache problem. Could you clean up your transients using a plugin such as this one?
If that doesn’t change anything, could you share your System Information, so that I would know more about your setup?
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi William,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
It seems you answered yes to the questions asking if you followed the procedure to test for conflicts. Did your calendar behave properly with other plugins deactivated? And with the default theme activated?
Also, in order to help you further, could you share your System Information? (you may set your reply as “Private”).
Cheers,
