    However, I renewed in June of 2018 and it will auto-renew next year. Can you help me please? Thanks.

    Well, it may be due to a cache problem. Could you clean up your transients using a plugin such as this one?

    If that doesn’t change anything, could you share your System Information, so that I would know more about your setup?

    Thank you, Jeremy. Apparently I just needed to update my plug-in and switch back to the original editor (non-Gutenberg)! All fixed now.
