KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Before anything, please note that extensions are small, lightweight WordPress plugins that add new capabilities to our core plugins. While we hope you find them useful, they are optional extras which we do not support to the same degree as our mainstream products.
That being said, I’ll see what I can do to solve this bug. First of all, could you tell me if you can activate the Relabeler extension when theAdd Phone to Attendee Lists extension is deactivated?
If you still encounter this issue, could you deactivate all other plugins (except for The Events Calendar) and tell me if you still have the problem when trying to activate Relabeler? And could you switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) to see if that makes a difference?
Please read carefully our documentation about Testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterOups Caroline, I realized I made a mistake in the path I gave you!
It should have been:
/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/single-event.php
I’m really sorry about that. This way, you could modify the layout of each event in the list view.
Please tell me if you need more explanations.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Aaron,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I noticed you don’t have the latest versions of our plugins. Could you update all of them?
- The Events Calendar to 4.6.22.1
- Events Calendar PRO to 4.4.31
- Event Tickets to 4.8
- Event Tickets Plus to 4.8
Once they are up-to-date, could you tell me if you still have the same issue?
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Caroline,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
To modify the events in the list view, you need to customize our template files within your child theme. You’ll find all some useful resources on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
In your case, you need to make a copy of this this file:
/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php
Then you can override this template in your own theme by creating a file at [your-theme]/tribe-events/list/single-event.php.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Álex,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
If you bought Events Calendar PRO (or any other premium plugins we sell), could you log in with the email address you used to get the plugin? That way, you could access our premium support and we would get your System Information.
If you’re not a customer yet, you may ask your question on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi Dawn,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I visited your website on a mobile and I noticed the problem you were mentioning.
It’s likely there’s a conflict somewhere. If you haven’t done it already, could you deactivate all your other plugins to see if that makes a difference? Then, could you switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and check your mobile view again? Please read carefully our documentation about Testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Also, could you share your System Information? (you may set your reply as “Private”).
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Wendy,
I’m not sure what could have caused this. And it seems your System Information is incomplete: could you paste it in a private reply? That way, I would have a better understanding of your setup.
Also, we released a hot fix for The Events Calendar yesterday. You can now update to version 4.6.22.1. That probably won’t solve your latest problem but it’s always good to be up-to-date 🙂
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Could you send me a duplicate version of your website, using a plugin such as Duplicator?
That way, I could do some tests locally.

KeymasterHi Dylan,
We released a hotfix yesterday for The Events Calendar and Community Events. Updating them respectively to version 4.6.22.1 and 4.5.13.1 might solve your problem.
If it’s not the case and you need to roll back, you shouldn’t have any problem with Community Events 4.5.12 and The Events Calendar 4.6.21. Please read carefully our documentation before doing so: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Please let me know how it goes.

I’m glad your problem is solved 🙂
I’m going to close this thread then, but feel free to start a new one if you have further concerns.
