KeymasterHi Dermot,
Thanks for reaching out!
To export/import just events, you could try something like WP All Export to do it via CSV. Otherwise, if you are exporting the database from your old site and importing it into your new site, that should work as well…does it eventually just freeze up doing it this way? If so, I would recommend leaving events out and then try doing them as described before via CSV.
Let me know if that works any better!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Georges,
Thanks for reaching out!
I think what you’re looking for here is the WooCommerce product image for your tickets, which you can set by going to the event edit screen, hovering over the ticket, clicking “Edit in WooCommerce“, and then adding a product image there. The ticket image you add on the event is used for all of the tickets in ticket emails, but it is not automatically set as the product image, which is what shows up in your cart.
Let me know if that works for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Tiffany,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry for the delayed response, but please note that per our forum guidelines support is typically only available during weekdays.
I did a quick test on my end and was able to recreate this issue as well. I went ahead and logged it as a bug in our system and linked this thread to our internal ticket, so you will be notified here as soon as we have an update.
In the meantime, if you would like to hide that field altogether, you can do so by adding the following CSS to your Additional CSS area under Appearance > Customize (if you have one) or to the style.css file of your child theme:
.tribe-events-event-cost .tribe-tickets-left {
display: none !important;
}I’m sorry for the inconvenience! Please let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything else while we work on getting this resolved!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Yvonnie,
That message is a bit confusing, since Event Aggregator is actually a separate license but not a download…Once you enter your EA license, you will see the option to import from other sources, but there isn’t any other plugin that you need to install.
I do want to point out that for any of our premium plugins, you also need to be running our free plugin The Events Calendar. I know that you recently switched over to Events Calendar Pro. Once you install and activate it, you should see a space under Licenses to add your Pro license. This will allow you to update the plugin in the future.
You are correct that we do break up the functionality into different plugins, which allows users to only pay for what they need. Many users only need a specific piece of premium functionality, so we do it this way to prevent users from having to pay for things they will not use!
Please let me know if you have any outstanding questions/issues I can help with!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jo-Anne,
Thanks for reaching out!
Have you verified that the locations (without venue names) are associated with the right events? If so, this should be ok.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterUnfortunately we do not currently have plans to add this functionality, although I do recall a few other users having brought up this idea in the past. If you have a minute, we would really appreciate you posting this request in our Feature Ideas forum. This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help plan future development.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you, but please do post the request!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jason,
Thanks for doing that test with the theme!
We are limited in the support we can provide for theme conflicts, so reaching out to the theme author as you mentioned may be your best bet. I would also recommend taking a look at your theme’s archive template (look for archive.php) and seeing if you can remove the “Archive ” text there.
Regarding the title not being displayed – I noticed that if you enter any search terms in, the title appears when the list refreshes…is this happening with multiple events, or just this particular one? Did this still occur with all other plugins disabled using the Twenty Seventeen theme?
Finally, I am still not able to recreate the issue with the filter floating over the header image. Could you please send me a screenshot and describe when this is happening and which browser(s) it happens in?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Philipp,
Sorry that happened…I copied and pasted the above into my functions.php file and got the same thing…the issue was some formatting that was added (the && was changed to &&). I tried updating the code to fix it, but couldn’t get the formatting correct here in the WordPress post – so I created a gist for you instead. I copied and pasted it directly from my code editor, where it is working, so hopefully this one will work for you. Just make sure not to copy over the <?php at the top of the page.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer
